Please explain to me how to remove the yahoo ads from my email.
I do not want to have your ad on a printed email that I am sending to someone. I do not want to pay to have a clean email.

By allowing us to block certain kinds of ads or ads containing certain names that we don't want to see.

This new add you can't get rid of really sucks. Oh, I know get rid of it! And when I found out that to get rid of it costs five dollars a month, well that seems rather like ransomware to me, and I am sure not a few others. I may just have to make the trip to Gmail after all.

You Have a RIDICULOUS Amount of Ads EVERYWHERE, you literally can't do anything on Yahoo without running into them. Which is why me and hundreds of thousands of other people switched to gmail or another online mail platform.

stop the moving ads. I get that you need ad income but stop the moving ads. Stationary ads I can live with but moving ads keep me from reading anything on the page. I deal with that my not going to pages with moving ads. Don't kill the golden goose folks. STOP THE MOVING ADS.

Batching my emails so I don't receive account recovery codes for 10-15 minutes is garbage service.
I ran tests with gmail, hotmail, and FOUR other service providers. Yahoo is the only company that locked my out of my own account by virtue of not providing me my account recovery codes before the timeout limit.
You really think people will pay for your garbage Premium service when you can't even get the basics down?
I'm going to look for another provider and I hope the entire company gets shut down.

I don’t mind the ads in email but it is now to the point the animated ones are causing serious problems. I had cleaned up Windows 10 of all the junk files including temp files. I’ve cleaned the cache, cookies, ETC in Chrome, Edge and Firefox and used all three only to find out they all had the same problem even with email. When opening other folders I get two half circles turning anywhere from 3 seconds to well over a minute until the ad pops up. Below the Yahoo search bar I get “No internet connection” but if I open another Tab I can open the Yahoo home page with no problem and then go back to email and still have the “No internet connection”. Also in the body of an open email the only thing that shows up is “You are off line”. I can go to other emails and there is no problem but going back to the one with “You are off line” is still there.
Also what started happening is like today I received an email at 5:57 AM. Then at 6:10 AM another email that was the same was in my Inbox. I checked the Trash folder and the first one was still there. I call the person who sent the first one to see if he had sent it again to me and was told he didn’t.
When having email open in one tab and a video playing in the other tab the video stops and it appears that it happens only when an animated ad starts playing on the right side panel of the email. Never seemed to have this problem before until the animated ads started playing. I may not be the only one with this problem and something needs to be done to even fix the problem of “No internet connection” and “You are off line”. Social Security doesn’t give me enough money to pay for no ads but yet I like seeing them but not the animated ones that slows down ones computer. Excel, WORD and other programs also are effected by those ads. -

Stop showing ads in a foreign language or at least give a option to change this. I can't read Chinese. I'm not in China.

Let the user decide what the ads language will be. Not everybody can read and write Chinese even when they visit China.

Recently, some ads have been showing up in the top and middle parts of my e-mail account even though I have an ad blocker on. Why is this happening and can someone tell me why this is occurring?

Pop-up ads on my home mail page include fake, misleading news statements: A site called "Paydayville" seems to suggest that Anthony Fauci is married to a man when he is in fact married to a woman. I would rather not look at misleading news sites such as these when I am checking my mail.
