I pay to have an ad free business email
I pay to have a business account and for it to be ad-free. This is very unprofessional. The first email now is some BS ad that is going to me and techs. Please correct or I will move my email to someplace that understands the difference from business and personal emails.

I pay $19.99 a month for my Yahoo small business account. As of June 2020, I've been getting ads down the side of my inbox and on my emails, once opened. This is second rate BS. Yahoo knows what they are doing. I've had this email for 16 years and they know I won't change, due to having to let all my customers know. FIX THIS BUSHLEAGUE MONEY GRAB NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ANY CHANCE I GET, I TELL OTHERS TO NOT USE THIS BUSHLEAGUE COMPANY!!

Likewise, I have a PAID "Yahoo Small Business" account. Why I am seeing advertisements next to my email box? Further, the new window showing Ad **** which appears on the right side eats away 30% of screen space and it is hard to make replies to emails in short space left. And. why there is no option to maximize any mail to read or make its reply. Yahoo was a second grade email client and it remains so or maybe will deteriorate due to greed for unsolicited Ad's. Is there anyone in Yahoo who reads this and will fix it,l or are Yahoo customers left stranded with this thoroughly unprofessional action? If this isn't fixed promptly I will move to another service. I pretty fed up now.

AMEN!!! This started last June and I've even called #yahoosmbusiness to ask what is going on?! They tell me "they are working on it", AKA "we ain't doing nothing about it". This is garbage and I agree that we ought to ban together and file a class action suit against them. I HATE YOU @YAHOOSMBUSINESS !!!!!!

I'm tired of the extortion by yahoo to force customers to pay for supposedly ad free e-mail.I say we should ban together and file a class action law suit for unscrupulous business practices.

I see Yahoo! ads on my free Yahoo! email account enticing me to pay for the pro Yahoo! email version, to make it ad free.
While my paid YahooSmallBusiness email accounts are all paid for yet don’t have the option to kill the ads that VERIZON YAHOO! is forcing upon us paid subscribers.
This needs to be rectified with urgency. We precisely PAID for professional service that shouldn’t come with ads!

Exactly. Business email, paid for, should not have ads. How many complaints will it take to get your attention????

I pay yahoo a lot of money on 2 hosting accounts and these ads are some serious BS. The right ad panel is so large that I have to scroll left/right to read my mail!!

I am moving after over ten years. The ad push has slowed down my email client. I agree with the above poster that I pay for business service and it should therefore be ad free.

Yahoo just gets worse with every "Improvement". Ads on business accounts is a breach of agreement. All users should file a class action lawsuit. It is the only way you will get their obstinate attention. Support is elusive intentionally so they don't have to pay the people in India but a penance.

I have the same problem with my business email. I can't read an email without a flood of advertisements.

Ads in pay mailboxes without a previous agreement with the user is extemely unprofessional - not to say a true ripoff. Having ads that look like actual email messages on top of the inbox (so to trick the user into clicking on them!) is a way of making an additional profit at the expenses of the paying user and a lack of respect for him/her. Not to mention that our people in the office are using Yahoo! mail for work only to find ads from competitors from time to time! We are going to ditch Yahoo! as soon as possible and migrate elsewhere.
