I pay to have an ad free business email
I pay to have a business account and for it to be ad-free. This is very unprofessional. The first email now is some BS ad that is going to me and techs. Please correct or I will move my email to someplace that understands the difference from business and personal emails.

I completely agree - VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. What's the purpose of paying for a better email service if it's riddled with annoying ads?! Change immediately or I'm finding another provider ASAP!!

I contacted your corporate owner, Verizon, and strongly expressed my displeasure and disappointment for this un-announced, disruptive and most unprofessional role-out of ads on my Yahoo Small Business Account email service, and why was no "paid" opt-out offered.

Yes, my business account had increased ads recently. I remembered that it should be an ad-free account, but the fact was different. The only solution is to abandon that account. I was depressed while I saw those annoying ads.

Another request to remove the ads for the current paid business accounts. They interfere with my work and crowd my laptop screen so I can no longer view my emails in a single window. To promise to offer an ad-free experience at a new higher cost is ridiculous. Gmail has made a lot of improvements and there are many other companies willing to host my business.
And to top it off, asking me to give away my rights forever to use my profile information for advertising in order to post this comment is insulting.

Couldn't agree more! Ads are for a free account, not for a business account you pay for. They are absolutely distracting and annoying. I will also look to move if this is not changed quickly.

Suddenly I find our Business mail flooded with ads. There is nowhere to post a complaint either. I suppose its time to shift to some better service provider who would understand the difference between personal and professional mail service.

Not acceptable! Never had ads before and it's beyond annoying on the "in list" and side bar, why are we paying for a service that is now forcing ads into our inbox?!

I have had this domain and account for 20 years and you just increased your fees from $9.99 to $20 a month and small business email was always sold as ad-free. This is completely unprofessional and I agree with others, Gmail is beginning to look like my next move if you don't remove the annoying ads.

I have had this account for 10yrs and will close it if you dont take out the adds from it by the end of summer. its not the cheapest or the best, but this is a game changer for me.

As I read through the feed I am sad there is not response. I hate the adds. It is so aggravating It has invaded the screen and I will have to move on as well. I don't have time to deal with it every time I log in. I two have been a 15 year plus customer and I don't want the adds.

Very irritating to have these ads disrupt and interrupt my inbox! I pay for this account and should not have to be constantly distracted by ads getting in the way of my work. There is enough spam to deal with and in my opinion, these ads will be treated as spam - ignored and useless! Please use my subscription dollars to support - not extort me!
