I pay to have an ad free business email
I pay to have a business account and for it to be ad-free. This is very unprofessional. The first email now is some BS ad that is going to me and techs. Please correct or I will move my email to someplace that understands the difference from business and personal emails.

remove the ads from my paid business account... especially after having my monthly hosting rate doubled out of no where 5 months ago... straight up BS... not only will I finally ditch this travesty of a service with having my personal and business info compromised but I will in fact take my Verizon wireless business out as well I pay well over $5k a year to yahoo and verizon combined and lets just say I have about enough of both......

Totally agree. WTF getting ads in a PAID FOR email service. I'll be moving on if this does not stop at once.

Yes, this also just started for me as well. I have not had a problem with ads in years. It is so unprofessional plus you cannot even delete the ad, when you try another ad appears. Remove immediately or I will have to consider switching to another provider

I'm also very upset that I have advertisements on my email page when I'm already paying for this service. Remove these immediately or else I'm switching to another provider.

I have the same issue, these ads interrupting my work. Please take care of this issue.

I have the same issue. Its outrageous that I have to pay for a free add service and I keep getting adds at the top of my e-mail list and my side panel. I went through the motions to disable the adds, which was difficult to find, and disable any thing with them. I am unable to do my work with all this distractions. If this is not taken care, I will move my services some where else.

not only the top but on the side you have to continually close the sidebar on the right every time your screen is refreshed

I totally agree with Mr. Kamman. I need these advertisement remove immediately

I have problems viewing my mail with all the ads cutting off the right side of the screen. I pay for an ad free email

I'm going to assume that this was a glitch and not an intentional change, because one of the primary reasons I opted for a business mail account and was willing to pay for it was BECAUSE it offered an ad-free client UX.

Slamming me with ads is inappropriate and poor treatment of customers for a service that I pay for. Please remove the ads or I will be forced to look for other options.

Tom Munch commented
I'm very annoyed by the ads too. Going to use my mail app instead until Yahoo/Verizon gets rid of these.

Agree completely. We PAY for this service. If the company feels they do not make enough revenue off our backs from this service then either increase the rates and let us choose an alternative or terminate the offering altogether. Disgusting and I'll be looking for alternatives anyway. To this point I've been a loyal, PAYING customer for the business email for nearly 20 years now. Some loyalty in return! AND I encourage everyone to 'dislike' every ad you see! Everything runs on metrics behind the scenes -- we have control over that!

I want to cancel my account with you, refund my money.
WHY we have ads ?????
This is just awful, that is disgusting -

Take the ads off my email inbox or refund my money I pay to not have ads. So unprofessional of Yahoo to do this.

This is just awful. I've been patiently using Yahoo since 1998. But this ad-**** is driving me crazy and I need to start removing my emails and account elsewhere. .. .

I have been a loyal Yahoo paying customer for over ten years but now I get these ads on the top of the page and large ads that take ages to load on the RHS.
Plus the search and load times are so slow at times
I suppose this is the thanks one gets for Loyalty - crappier service
