auto forwarding would be good!
How about setting up the forwarding service available in all areas BEFORE you cut off the existing service?

It's not available even in the US. I just signed up on Yahoo Pro and there is no way to forward my mail.

Yes Please make Pro features available to users in India. If that is not possible, at least provide a separate paid provision for auto-forwarding emails.

I am really not pleased with not being able to have @yahoo.com emails forward automatically unless I pay extra. My main account is, and has been, a plus account for many years. In fact, the price has recently gone up significantly. I'd really like an explanation as to why the other 2 yahoo.com accounts we utilize cannot be auto-forwarded to this account without paying for it. Please note that I am also currently trying to make arrangements to stop using Yahoo mail completely and you would then lose the amount I already pay. I don't know where else to put this as you make it ridiculously difficult to contact someone.

Could you please enable the Access and Forwarding Subscription for the UK, I think it is bad enough that you are charging for a standard feature like email forwarding in the first place, but what is the worse is giving the UK and most likely other countries the option to only pay even more money for the full Mail Pro solution

The forwarding mail discontinuation is very setback for all of us in India. We are ready to pay for Yahoo Mail Account Pro but it shows that the feature is not availble in our country. Kindly inform when can we expect the feature in India, Asia

I can't pay for the $12 annual subscription to forward emails just because I'm outside of US. ZIP code and State are mandatory. WHY? Who would make such a decision? That's why we forward emails, because we use more mature platforms and not have to deal with this.

One of the most useful functions on Yahoo mail was the Auto Forward feature. With this gone, there is much less need to use Yahoo Mail.

Yahoo was/is my first email ID. I have been with Yahoo since geocities days. Now, with disabling of auto-forward I am left with little choice but to switch.
In my region, the option to subscribe to Pro/Forwarding is not available. But Yahoo still went ahead and disabled auto-forward on my account. Iam now pushed to a corner with no option but to switch to gmail. Very disappointed. If the plan is to introduce Subscription to all, then the disabling of auto-forward should go in tandem with the launch of subscription offer. This is really callous and daft.

It hasn't happened yet but I've been notified that Yahoo is going to stop Autoforwarding. This is the single stupidest idea I have ever heard. First off, they only give us about 2-3 days notice and they claim the change is because it is not secure. Based on the hacking issues they've had in the past, I would say Auto Forwarding was not the problem. They also say I can pay for a higher account that still has this option. Tell me, with so many email options out there now, why would I pay for something that is treated as a basic function on other platforms? The cherry on top is that the other suggestion they make is to have Yahoo be the base and have other emails sent to Yahoo instead of the other way around, essentially forcing users to use a free option on another platform to forward to Yahoo because they decided it wasn't going to be free on their platform anymore. RIDICULOUS!!!
I understand that this must be a competitive market but if Yahoo wants to remain competitive they have to avoid making decisions like this.
