When will yahoo start blocking OBVIOUS SPAMS? When I forward the spam messages to customer support, I start receiving even more. Is this retaliation?

In the last several months, the amount of spam that is being allowed through to my Inbox is out of control, particularly those related the Camp Lejeune lawsuit. It's so obviously spam around the same **** subject--how are you not catching these!? Yes, I'm reporting spam and setting my own filters. It's still not enough.

Do not limit the number of spam emails to block! And TOO much Spam is still getting through into the inbox. Your spam filters do not work!

Your support team keeps saying mark the emails as spam, use filters, etc
would you like to see the THOUSANDS of Camp Lejune spam emails I get? I mark everyone as spam, I have set filters, Gmail can figure out these are spam, why can't you? -

Throw out spammers. Create an algorithm. 5 or 6 nonsensical letters of the alphabet, and they're gone. Why push all that **** towards us? It's not that hard. We're tired of it. Come on Man.

I have been using Yahoo mail for years. I'm really considering moving to gmail because your spam filters recently have been doing a terrible job.

spam criteria is working fine on my PC but doesn't do on my phone, so potential spam can get into my mail list. Please have all your apps on all platforms perform the same selection and spam criterias.

Learn from Google how to keep people from getting drowned with Spam mail. Google does it. I suspect it's all your own creation to try and force people to get Yahoo!Plus. I'm a 76 year old widow and I don't care about 'Squirting School' 'Witchdoctors Giant *****' 'Missionary wife getting it on with Witchdoctor and his enormous manhood (well, good for her, finally getting satisfaction, I'm guessing)' Keep trying to gross us out, it wion't earn you more paid subscribers, just more people turning to Gmail.

I have over 1000 email addresses from .uk or co.uk. Many just recently. I am deleting blocks to add the newest email addresses. I need more block spaces, just a 1000 or so.

I use outlook for all of my email accounts. In the past year the amount of spam going to my bulk folder in outlook is ridiculous. I also have an issue with an email I get that I have ok'd NUMEROUS times but still it goes to my bulk folder. It appears that improvements are needed to your security to correct these issues.

Stop SPAM I'm still getting about 1000 Spam e-mails per day. If I unsubscribe, it doesn't matter, I keep getting the same **** over and over. When I go to check my mail there is about 99 % spam in the spam folder and some in my in Box. All this makes it look like Yahoo is selling our email addresses.

It's 1030 am and I have already received 13 spam emails for Camp LeJeune lawsuits. I go in and mark every one of them as Spam. I set a filter up, nothing works. Can't Yahoo figure out that these are Spam, Gmail does.

I want to be able to block Spam that comes in with no email address. It cannot be blocked, it cannot be filtered. It does show up in my Spam folder, but I have to manually delete it.

Collect all user's blocked ID's and filter them as spam.

Your current email filters are woefully inadequate and pose a major security concern for your users. Honestly, since so much of the spam/scams that proliferate yahoo mail are so easily identifiable, you would think Yahoo would simply filter these to spam automatically. As that is obviously not the case, you should at least provide better filter options for users.
One filter option that would be extremely helpful is "from email address containing more than [#] characters", as so many of these spam emails are from randomly generated emails addresses with 20 or more characters. Adding this Filter option would greatly decrease the amount of spam/scam email users receive.
Thanks!

Your spam filter seems to be set to allow through 1 spam a day. These emails are obviously spam and obviously would normally be caught. Why are you letting the odd one through? Doesn't happen with gmail.

Please Yahoo, Allow Your Users Free Unlimited Blocking of UnWanted Emails. I get many, Unwanted Emails Everyday. It is Really Annoying. Yahoo's 1000-UnWanted Email Blocks are Not Enough.
