Trying to use email is shear agony! Frequent logouts, stuck on cell phone screen etc.
I am having a very difficult time using my att.net email. I get logged out in minutes even though I say stay logged in fro 2 weeks, I don't have a cell phone so I get caught on the nag screen after password, so I have to play tricks to get around it, it opens multiple windows, none of which work without having to log-in again. This is recent and it is getting worse. I filed multiple complaints, but nothing happens. I do not own a cell phone, and I would not give it out if I did. Give us an opt out to get to our email PLEASE! (e.g. a block saying "Not Now" or "skip". Also, I was reading an email message, then went back to the inbox, and I had to login again, in the middle of the session. This program is agony to use, you MUST fix this. I see no advantage to having this service being such a pain to use. I have been using ATT.net since the dial up days for my primary email account, and I have a lot of info stored there and contact referrals to this account, so I can't easily just move on. PLEASE fix this! I have made requests before and nothing is being done. Please fix this. PLEASE!
