Google does a great job of this. I mark an email as spam and I never see email from that person again. Why can't you do this too? What is the point of marking an email as spam in yahoo mail????I'm still being flooded with email from that person!!!

Give the bulk block to trash back for spam and make it work. Listen to your users, we can go elsewhere for email.

'𝙎𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚, 𝙀𝙙𝙜𝙚, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙏𝙧𝙞𝙢' Yet ANOTHER phishing scam in my Yahoo mail inbox- you aren't even trying! ANYTHING WRITTEN THIS WAY FROM ANY COMPANY EQUALS SCAM 100% of the time! This is again incredibly obvious and I've told you people several times! STOP LETTING THIS THROUGH!!! ANYTHING IN THIS FONT FROM ANY COMPANY HAS TO GET REPORTED AND TRASHED IMMEDIATELY!

Change SPAM BLOCKING to block the domain portion of address. Allow us to enter @*zoqloq.com
this will enable us to block ueueue@offer84-zoqloq.com, hhdyewu@offer14-zoqloq.com, mandyee@abtie5-szoqloq.com
These spam sites change the first 2-10 characters every email, so the result is just more spam. PLEASE FIX IT for ALL YAHOO email basic or plus!!!!!

Spam filtering needs to be improved with Yahoo mail, which is why I am slowly moving towards Gmail. Even after a good amount of marking emails as spam or marking them as not spam, I am still not seeing any improvement with spam filtering in my inbox. I always look at my email on the daily to ensure that my inbox ends up with nothing unread at the end of the day so to keep seeing spam (especially the same spam) is quite disappointing.

People have literally lost their entire life savings to scams just like the ones I keep receiving! THAT'S ON YOU, Yahoo, for not catching the incredibly obvious when every other email service can!

I'D LOVE TO KNOW HOW IT IS THAT LITERALLY EVERY SINGLE EMAIL SERVICE I'VE EVER USED HAS HAD 90% LESS SCAM EMAILS THAN YAHOO MAIL! PAY ATTENTION TO THE OBVIOUS!

Yahoo! filtering is awful. You keep placing email in the Spam folder even after I have pushed the "Not Spam" button dozens of times. You also keep placing email in the Spam folder when I specifically identify domain names that are not Spam. It is getting so frustrating that I am strongly considering eliminating my Yahoo! email accounts and using gmail and other email services.

It would to be very helpful to have an option to block recipient (outgoing) email address. So that even accidentally or mistakenly , NO emails (including sensitive information) can be sent from my email to those addresses in future.
After blocking that address in settings :-
1. That blocked recipient address should NEVER appear in Autocomplete or Autofill of TO in compose of my email.
2. If mistakenly typed and then sent to that blocked email address by me. Then email should NOT be sent to that blocked email address, but I should receive an email back from Yahoo with error message, saying could NOT send an email recipient because it's blocked in your settings.

I need to block more than 1000 spam emails. I have 1000 blocked and still get more than 20 per day.

More spam is being let through in order force people to switch to Yahoo Mail Plus. I already have 800+ blocked domains.. my gmail accounts have 0 (zero) percent spam

You are purposely allowing spam to get through in order force more people to switch to the

Your Spam filter has completely failed. It's been bad for months but lately it's becoming untenable. It doesn't matter how many mailer lists I unsub from or how many emails I mark as Spam, your filters are inept. How many Yahoo! users are moving to Gmail? Even when I set up my own filters, it doesn't work.
