I have found that there is a kind of bug in Ymail. We are not able to copy past the excel cells into Ymail as we like to do in other Emails, it is getting merged & truncating the fields. So to improve the Ymail users access, we have to implement the option to copy paste the Excel cell without truncated or merging the texts. Bcoz as per my view, i am only using Ymail for the past 10+years till now. But recently my company also using the Ymail, and they are facing the difficulties.
