How can we improve New Mail?

Remove the ad from the bottom of the preview screen!

Please remove the bottom ad that blocks me from seeing my emails in the preview pane. That is the most annoying thing!

    The ads at the bottom are going to give me a seizure! Is this to get me to pay for the upgrade? Won't happen...

    I understand the need for Ads, but please place them in other places on the page rather than on top of my inbox view. Thank you.

    About the relatively new feature of strips of brightly lit ads that interfere with the viewing of preview, I dislike it. It seems to slow down loading, distracts from seeing my previews, and gives me a headache. I actually like the ads a the side of the screen - they often remind me of something I've been considering buying. But these new ads, sometimes flashing and moving, are very irritating. I've kept yahoo mail for years because I was accustomed to it, and because it was easier to read than the other emails I tried. These new ads ar a dealbreaker. Please remove them! Thank you.

    I can hardly see my e-mails now because of the ad at the foot of the page. There is also the ongoing ads at the right hand side. So unhelpful even if I was the least bit interested in being bombarded with constant ad pitches! Please sort, it's making things more difficult than they need to be.

    It is now easier to look at my emails on Outlook.
    Now Yahoo gets zero advertisement space on my screen.
    The greedy loose all the time!
    Give me back room to see my email not just your advertisements!

    I understand adds are needing but the one at the bottom makes it very difficult to read your emails. Please remove

    This ad at the bottom of the email page is very disappointing it covers up email space. Something has to give. Please remove it.

    Agree with all comments. I understand you need to advertise, but please don't cover the email at the bottom! It's very distracting. Yahoo always had the better email interface, but it's quickly losing ground.

    I've had Yahoo Mail since it started, but I'm seriously thinking of getting rid of it and going to Gmail over the ads at the bottom of the preview screen. I can barely see my emails. It's beyond annoying! GET RID OF THE ADS!!

    Either the bottom ad pane goes bye-byes or I do and seems to be a lot of other peeps feel the same way. Your move Verizon - can you hear us now?

    I get that ads are a necessary evil, but can you please just keep it to ONE ad bar? I've got an ad bar to the right of my emails -- obnoxious to look at but at least not in the way. And now a second one has appeared at the bottom of my emails -- which is absolutely in the way and takes away from the space I need to read my email. Please don't be so obnoxious.

    Please remove the bottom banner ASAP!! It interferes with seeing/reading emails. The side banner is sufficient for advertising.

    The additional ad space is ridiculous. Where's the email I'm trying to read?? Oh, there it is squeezed amongnst ads now trying to take up the whole screen! If the intent is to be annoying and serve no purpose, it's a success. Clearly the decision was not made with the user as a primary concern. Guess you want us to accidentally click on the ad.

    I agree. This is very annoying. You already flood us with ads on the right side. Now you are blocking us from seeing the preview screen. If this isn't fixed soon, I will be forced to switch everything to Gmail !

    it's relatively new but takes up around 20%of the viewing screen.

    The new ad at the bottom of the screen is super annoying. There is too much stuff in the vertical space already so now I can't read my emails on my laptop. Even though I have used Yahoo as my only email for decades I am going to have to switch to a different email if this is not fixed because the email has become virtually unusable on a laptop.

    a white bar has appeared today at the bottom, obscuring messages but with no apparent function as I've tried clicking on it and it does nothing. Take it off!
