ELIMINATE THE BOGUS I AM SUBSCRIBED TO COMPANIES I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF

YAHOO has started signing me up or selling my email address info so I am now getting thousands of emails which most say I am SUBSCRIBED to companies that I have NEVER HEARD OF....VERY FRUSTRATING SPAM which I have to spend hours UNSUBSCRIBING from that I NEVER signed up FOR
