Your management of Spam/Bulk with Office 365 Outlook mail client (mobile,desktop or web) SUCKs! In desktop app I have two folders "Bulk" and "Bulk Mails" and I don't get why some messages go into one folder and some others into the other...
On the mobile phone there is a Junk folder only, but 90% of spams don't go there and are not filtered although I have blocked the sender on all three places where possible: from outlook destop client, from the mobile client and directly from you websites in the security settings of my email profile.It's a nightmare!!! dozens of scams and junk and phishing I try to block everyday and none of the filters work... what a shame of a service.
