3. HELP!! All Calendar events all show up at the wrong times....

   How is it possible to release a new UI (worse than the original) but don't QA it? My calendar knows that I am in Eastern Standard Time. It says so in the top left corner of the Calendar. BUT, the time scale on the left side of the calendar is PST so all my meetings show up as if they're 3 hours earlier than they really are. Yes, my 10:00am meeting shows up at 7:00am and ALL OTHER MEETINGS are equally off. How can a tech company release something so flawed.....AND NOT HAVE ALREADY FIXED IT???

   FWIW, I sent feedback to the customer service email and they said there's nothing they can do and I can't go back to the previous version. Ironically, I have a second laptop that is still on the previous version. Odd.

   Where is the customer service team at Yahoo???

4. Expression of gratitude and how to add this specific feature to another device

   I am writing to you to express my gratitude for the wonderful addition (I only noticed it several months ago) in yahoo mail, in the composition aspect of an email. I love the AI assistance in “polishing” my email and the different styles (concise, friendly, professional, etc). I am truly loving and enjoying this assistance in composing my emails.

   Additionally, it is unfortunate that when I use my old ipad, it does not have this feature. Is there a way to add this feature update into my ipad? I would like to know how.

5. New Yahoo Mail & Calendar Format is Harsh - Please fix

   Hello,

   I’m writing to share feedback regarding the recent Yahoo Mail update. The new format is extremely difficult to look at (the original yahoo mail was so much more streamlined), and the Calendar Color changes introduced over the past few days are especially harsh on the eyes.

   Please forward this message to the team responsible for these updates.

   Many users, including myself, would greatly appreciate the return of a more user-friendly, visually comfortable layout for both Mail and Calendar. The current design changes are quite unpleasant to use.

6. Simplify my life: Stop the GPC preferences nagware

   Thanks, Yahoo, I am fully aware of what my GPC preferences are--I'm the person that chose them.
   I don't need, or care, to be reminded they're inconvenient for you, and/or your advertisers, every time I login.

   Had Yahoo been more discriminating and accurate in ads you send me (current ads are inaccurate, insulting, irrelevant, just plain senseless) I might feel differently.

8. Emails don't get deleted

   I delete emails via the browser and when I check my phone app they are still there. This has been happening for weeks. Please fix this issue.
