The folder that shows the photos and documents attached to e-mails look like a good idea. However, after you delete the mail, you are back
The photos and documents folders are a good idea. However, it is very cumbersome if you delete a mail with the attachment from - say 2010, after deletion, you are right back to last e-mail attachment in 2017. Therefore, you have to go all the way back to the past in order to delete another "old" one. I also have a question where the attachments are stored? I use Firefox browser. Are the attachments at your server or on my c:drive

put the access new mail button in a place that isn't close to "the create a file button "then i would not have accidentally clicked the wrong button and got into new mail again

I Wish It Was Easier to Manage Custom Folder's for Better Organization
I will admit, previously it was in my opinion easier to manage folders and organize your email so everything's not clustered into one generic section. I imagine anyone else with a scrupulous tendency would agree folder organization could definitely be made more fluent and up front rather than feeling so out of the way, it almost feels marginalized at this point.
There's also a problem when you're modifying your folders whilst being logged into multiple accounts, it doesn't indicate which account you're making the change(s) for and even after the change(s) are inserted you're not always sure whether they were…

The Move drop-down menu needs to have a 'bookmark' feature. The old mail Move menu kept the place of the last move made. The New Mail needs have this added.

archive not syncing
When I archive an email on my laptop, it does not sync to the archive folder on the iphone email app or the iphone yahoo mail app and vice versa. Thus, depending on where I clicked archive, I would have to specifically go to that device to search for it. These boxes should all sync togerther

Improve Keyboard Shortcut to move emails to custom folders
When you select an email from your Inbox to move it to one of your custom folders, as you know, we can press Keyboard shortcuts like "D then1" or "D then 2" etc until "D then 9". This a bit limited only upto 9 folders but I can understand the logical complexity behind this & thus I can kind of live with it. The main problem is, Yahoo assigns these 9 shortrcut folders automatically to the top 9 custom folders (sorted in ascending order alphabetically). Ability to Move One Email in A Conversation to a Folder
Need ability to move one of email message that is part of a conversation to a folder. Currently, the only option is to move the entire conversation to a folder.
There is an option for each individual message within a conversation to Delete Message, Archive, or View Raw Message. An option to move the selected message to a folder could be added.

Refresh button for UNREAD
There should be a refresh button for the unread folder. After a while, or few hours maybe, new emails are start coming into the inbox, but they are not showing up in the unread folder. I had to refresh the browser in order to get those email in the unread folders. Maybe you could put a refresh button next to the unread folder header where i can force refresh without needing to refresh the whole browser.

Yahoo you have directed me to your forum concerning where there are hundreds of complaints about SPAM. You obviously have no intention to fix it. One agent told me it can't be fixed. I suggest users switch to a new Email provider. Write to the Attorney General and your legislator. Companies should be required to provide good SPAM and virus protection. -

After performing a search, simply display, as part of the results, the folder in which the email message(s) can be found. Perhaps a folder column in the list view...

Option to turn off sent message being copied to SENT folder
Option to turn off sent message being copied to SENT folder disappeared with new yahoo mail. The new mail automatically copies all sent messages to SENT folder. We need option to turn that off. It would be best if we have an option to turn that off from a particular source. Example - I have set my home security system to send e-mail from me to me when motion is detected. Now all those messages go to separate folder but same time all of them are sent to SENT folder also. This way it fills the folder with unwanted copies…
