    In order to sign in to your account please go to mail.yahoo.com and type in your username and password.

  2. I have tried to reinstate a blocked contact but this option no longer appears under settings menu. very dissappointing.

    Please reinstate blocked email addresses confirm/ non confirm within the settings menu.

    in order to unblock a user, click on Settings > More Settings > Security and privacy and next to the blocked email address tap the Trash icon.

  4. Don't remove tabbed emails from top of list

    The older Yahoo Mail format allowed multiple opened emails to be tabbed on the top of the list. This WAS VERY USEFUL as a reminder of emails that I needed to pay attention too - later. Now they just disappear into thin air.

    i lost my mail, contact, calendar tabs above my inbox view. now when i click on the calendar on far right, it won't open..UGH help please

  6. I can no longer log into my email on my own computer without a code?

    I am incredibly angry that I can no longer type in MY email and MY password without a bunch of steps to actually log in. I have to check my email several times a day on a laptop and a desktop. How is this better? What is going on? After 20 years do I really have to get a new account.

  8. Navigation after deleting a message

    Clicking an email open and deleting it, would've expected the navigation to return to the previous page (inbox items). Now it showed the next message right after deleting, might be confusing if the emails are the same title replies, since the user didn't navigate to the other message in the first place.

    Hi there,

    You should be able to access any mail you have not deleted, regardless of the date from an active mailbox. To access your oldest mail, click on “Sort” on the top left of the message list and select “oldest to newest”

    Hi there,

    The “Forward” icon is the small arrow pointing to the right at the top of each mail. To forward an email you have received, simply click on the forward icon, enter the address you wish to forward the email to and click send.

  11. Missing icons in Inbox make it harder to navigate

    I hate that I can no longer click a search icon in the inbox to find all emails from that sender. The same goes for the missing trash icon as well. Managing email is now very cumbersome. It might be time to look for a better email provider.

    Make sure you access your Yahoo Mail by going to mail.yahoo.com and that you have the ‘’stay signed in’’ option checked on the sign in page. Also, keep in mind that if you clear your cache, cookies and history, you will need to sign in again.

    An account’s language is determined by where the account is registered. In this case, it can’t be changed. However, if your account was in English but suddenly changed to Chinese, you can let us know on our Community forums:

  16. Everything is highlighted. Please stop. When I select "move" all options are highlighted and it makes it very hard to read.

    Everything is highlighted. When I select and email or a folder, everything is highlighted. I cannot make it stop. Clicking outside the boundaries doesn't help either. Please stop highlighting everything. It is as if I have clicked and held the mouse over random information that I have not actually selected. (different than the background color that shows when multiple emails are selected). All the highlights are driving me absolutely crazy. Please help - Make it stop.

  18. With multiple accounts, it doesn't return you back to the main Yahoo page when you log out like it used to.

    I'd like to just get back to the main page when I log out on the multiple account page.

  19. stop redirecting away from mail and telling me where to vote

    Whenever I try to change email accounts I get directed to a Yahoo page telling me where to vote. I've already voted (thank you) and I just want to read my email. It happens every time today. Way to go Yahoo, keep it up and I'll be forced to abandon you bunch of yahoos.
