Filters with Multiple Email Accounts - Impossible to set up
Filters - Filters in the Classic Mail were fantastic - super simple to implement and I had a LOT of them (to the point my inbox was clean, containing the important emails only). The upgrade removed ALL of my filters - and creating new ones can only be done in the settings menu. I have multiple emails (a business email account and personal) linked to a single account - the business one doesn't even list its own folders in the new filters option in settings (yet I am clicking on settings from that account). Your directions for changing password is useless.
How about get someone there who knows what they are doing. You instructions for changing a password is ridiculous. It DOESN'T WORK! You have no "Change Password" link which you claim to have. It just keeps circling you. Don't tell me to go to help because that is where I went and your process is incorrect! You must want to loose customers.
In case you have the Account key Setting enable, you will have to disable it and then change password.

will not let me create a new account or delete an alias.
tried several times to delete an an alias as I really wanted it as an account. would not delete.
tried to set up a new account and it would not do that either. told me I had too many failed attempts! Only failed attempts were caused by Yahoo not creating an account or deleting an account. created it on gmail, no problems.There is a limit of 1 email alias per each Yahoo account, so if you need multiple extra accounts, you can create disposable email addresses. On the top of your email page I can archive an email. But on the left side of the Yahoo email page I do not find archive,
Place an archive section on the left side so I can find the emails I wanted to archive,
If you scroll down on the left side of your mailbox you should see the archive folder and all of your folders (under “Views”).

larger font setting does not turn on
Setting Email Writing to default large text is not changing the font size, despite the new setting stays

If you are unable to find a filter on the webmail, please check the filters on any mail app which you are using.

Can you get the message preview to work? I have it turned OFF and whenever I restart Firefox, the message previews come back automatically.

Spam forwarding
When I select a folder for blocked senders emails to be forwarded to - Settings - More - Security - Add - the folder changes back to INBOX after saved. VERY USELESS. PLEASE FIX

Switch to New Mail
I am not able to switch from Basic Mail to the New version as there is no link or nothing that says 'Switch to newest version of Yahoo Mail' anywhere on the page. I have gone in to the settings and there is no option to switch there either....

Settings under Mailboxes
I have removed additional email address however it still shows under settings, mailboxes.

After that, use a desktop computer/laptop and go to mail.yahoo.com on a preferred browser and follow these steps:
1. Click the Settings icon Image of the Settings icon..
2. Click More Settings.
3. Click Mailboxes.
4. Select the account you’d like to disconnect.
5. Click Remove mailbox.
6. Click Remove mailbox again to confirm.
7. Click Save. -
Mail pro unavailable in Serbia
I cannot choose Serbia under countries to set payments for Mail Pro.

Quit being so stupid and making yahoo email so dumb!
So now there is no longer the option to attach a url. You have to go back to how it was in the dark ages and copy and paste it into your email and the person you are sending it to has to copy and paste the url into their browser. What did you do hire grade school developers to come up with the mess that this latest "update" has turned yahoo email into. It's a disgrace and horrible.
In order to add a URL in the mail compose window click on the link icon on the bottom of the screen, next to the “B” (bold).

How do i go to the next page of emails???? What a stupid new system you installed with no choice to go the next page of emails.
Now that I went to your new incompetent system, how do I go to the next pages of emails???? What are you people doing?
Did you test it first? of course not. I need to see the rest of my emailsWhen you scroll down on the page the mailbox will load additional emails.
