When a user turns off pop up notifications, actually make them stop popping up!

Yahoo finance premium subscription
long time ago, i opened the junk yahoo email account but by mistake i setup a country other than usa though i lived in usa. due to this, i was not able to register for yahoo finance premium. i sent multiple emails to yahoo finance help and none of them helped yet to changed the account country settings. no one gives clues how to change this. it used to be yahoo id card and change account settings in the past, but not any more. i cannot change account regional settings. i really hate verizon not helping the yahoo customers and…

spam filter working too well
I have tried about everything to keep emails from a particular mail address from going to spam(not spam buttons, filters, etc), but have been unsuccessful so far. It's getting to the point that I'm going to have to change everything to another email provider. Is there any way I can get specific technical support, not just a forum that tells me what I already know?

HOW TO instructions
I desperately need to change the signature on my outgoing emails, as the information is out of date. However, the instructions I have found to do so don't make any sense. They tell me to click on things which aren't there. For example, "go to settings and click on accounts"... But Accounts is nowhere to be seen.
To change the signature on webmail go to Settings > More settings > Writing email > Signature

Creating mailbox with different domain name extension.
I have email address with ".ca" extension and wish to have additional mailbox, same name email address with ".com" extension.

stop asking to change password every second day
I’m very disappointed in Yahoo for making this so painful to users - no matter how many communications I ‘m doing to technical support, they not helpful or tell some nonsense.
So far new Yahoo is “pain in the neck”!- There is no tutoring for new version

Get rid of the sign in key garbage.
Get rid of this blasted sign in key it's stupid to have to use my phone to be able to get into my account on my pc I hate it and I know others do too. I have asked you to remove it from my account so I can get back into my email like it used to be but obviously you people are to stupid to do as a user ask what **** part of I hate this do you not understand and please put things back the way they were. Get date, time and time zone info from the O/S. It should be automatic. Everything else is.

Here’s some things to check.
1. Is the Time and Time zone set correctly for the laptop or desktop that you are using.
2. Do you use a VPN when accessing the Internet?
3. When you look at the Yahoo Home Page do you see the weather section? If so, does it show your correct location? If not can you click on the icon to the right of the location named and set the correct location. You should also be able to remove any other locations.

You've crippled my ability to do email and have wasted hours of my time. I'll switch everything to Google to simplify my life. Thank you.
Provide an easy way for my to receive and send email through 3rd party apps. I pay, I should get the use the interface I want. No problem though, I'll switch to Google.

move box
Why is it that when I want to move an email to a folder , the move box changes size causing me to move to either no where or an email I didn't pick? The box gets smaller after you scroll down and unless your paying attention the box won't me email or drops off the screen and sometimes it puts them in a folder you didn't choose. Can you fix that or is there a setting I missed.

Please remove the new version. It ask for new password everytime I try to login.
Otherwise i will convert to gmail.
