  2. Unable to sign in to Yahoo Mail

    I am unable to sign in to my Yahoo Mail. I contacted Yahoo India through the Toll Free number but they said that since my mail id is registered through Yahoo UK I should contact Yahoo UK for support. Since Yahoo UK does not have a toll free number I am unable to seek support and sort out my issue.

  3. having trouble logging in

    I have a problem logging in. When I type my username, it lands it in a page and says, Security verified, and when I click continue, it says, you cannot continue at this time, please wait for some time, and this has been happening for over two days for me. please help

  4. Offer some basic level of help.

    There is no way to get any help with issues unless you sign up and pay for Plus. Every time I sign into my account now, I get an error message about some unusual account activity. I went through the help tree, and read about my issue, but I do not have any unusual activity to correct, it's just a glitch in the system, Yahoo needs to fix, but there is no way to talk to someone and let them know their system is F$%^ed up.

  5. Not seeing responses or likes to my comments.

    I have checked my filters and all other settings that have not changed, but I am not receiving a response to comments in my mailbox.
    I can see them in the comment section, but not directed into my mail.
    Something has changed, but I don't believe it's on my end.

  7. Email Pro & Add New Credit Card

    My account was up for renewal and a email link was sent to me for managing the account. I soon realized that my credit card on Yahoo system was an invalid one. I went into the page to add a new credit card. To my big surprise, among the country drop down list, there is NO "SINGAPORE". As a result I was unable to add a new valid credit card. By the way Indonesia & Malaysia are among the list of countries but NOT "SINGAPORE". Why??

    you have locked me out of my account. i tried to reset my password, but my phone failed 3 times and i was locked out. you have lost a long time customer for not letting me into my account. you want me to pay you to get my account back, and that is extortion.

  11. Login problem in yahoo.

    Dear Sir/ Madam

    I am NOT able to sign in yahoo account for past few days.
    Some time it allows, There is constant problem of login.

    1. On sign in page I enter my login id. 2.it goes to page showing "security check Prove you are not robot".
    2. Immediately is shows next screen "Security check complete. Continue."
    3. After pressing "Continue" It shows next screen "Uh-oh... We cant sign you in at this moment.Please try again in while." "start again". and this process goes on continuously.

    Requesting You to please solve this issue at the earliest.

  14. Provide customer service!!!! I have issues with my yahoo mail but I can't contact ANYONE even via basic customer service email address...

    Provide at least a customer support email!!! This is not a legitimate email service without customer support. This is a scam! I have issues with my email address but I can't contact anybody about it. TRASH!

    The options on the help site are very restrictive. It is hard to give appropriate feedback when the options are so specific. There should be a section for "other" help requests that don't fit a specific category.

    Why won't yahoo, send an email I use one email address for general purposes and a second for personal, friends, family but it appears to send as indicated in the Sent Folder. But never appears in my IN box in me second email address. Also when trying to send things directly to my second email address (photos, notes from phone) it now gives me a mailer deamon. That is wrong. Send my emails to the email address I want to send things too.
