  1. WRONG account PICTURE

    My account picture is NOT MINE.
    You attached a photo of a guy with the same name but a total different account (i know him because he was a university colleague but other than that no relations what so ever).

    So in my opinion this is a security issue / identity mismatch issue etc.

    It is inadmissible to use names as a unique identifier for people (GET UNIQUE id's - do not match using name...come on) and mix their photos for one...but who knows that else.

    Get better developers - this mistake makes me want to leave yahoo for good…

  2. STOP THE "IMPROVEMENTS"!

    The most recent "improvement" has an attempt to read a message cause an immediate switch to a listing of the message history but without the current message. The only way I can read the current message is to move it to an archived file and read it there. I'm tired of wasting time finding ways around botched changes.

    Yahoo should either stop messing around with the mail system or employ competent IT people. Also, it would be more responsible to test the changes before imposing them on the users. "Debugging-by-users" may save Yahoo the cost of testing but it's a…

  4. Servers and customer service

    I can't send emails to my communities email list even though I am on the board of directors, am not a spammer, and need to relay Important information. When I tried to post the issue on your community thread it kept telling me there were highlighted errors (there weren't) and couldn't post it.

  5. I replied to an email and it disappeared!

    Replying to emails causes them to disappear from the Inbox, and they are not found anywhere except in the Sent folder along with my reply. This is a stoopid error on your part!

    If your sender is getting the error, “Message not accepted for policy reasons” there may be an issue on the their end. Have them reach out to our Postmaster team with the full error message:

  7. I have lost all my emails from 2016. I am sure I haven't deleted them. Also I see my emails from 2001 under the heading 2012.

  9. Emails in the inbox continue showing in the inbox even after moving

    After moving an email from the inbox to a folder the message continues to be shown as if in the inbox. I need to keep reloading the page to clear them

    The timestamp on emails is based on your own timezone. Check the timezone settings under the “Viewing Email” section of the “More Settings” menu.

  11. whitelisting does not work

    I subscribe to emails from journalistic outfits (valid entities, not fakes) which always end up in the spam folder despite being legitimate and confirmed. The emails also carry the required info re source and unsubscribe options.
    This should not be happening, especially not after I repeatedly marked them as "Not spam".
    Organizations should be given a contact at Yahoo where they can quickly ensure that their legitimate mailing reach their subscribers' inboxes.

    You can add the address to the blocked address list, set up a filter to direct these emails to the Trash, or mark the email as Spam to keep it from going into your mailbox.

  13. Tiring! Boring! What happened with Yahoo???

    The security system is unbearable. Every moment requiring control by the cellphone, and again codes by cell and number of cell again !! ... A password is more than enough for security and does not disturb us with such a bump of codes! Tiring! Boring! Yahoo needs to take classes with Google! It was the best mail in the world, and managed to become poor, slow, polluted and full of frills. I am seriously considering abandoning this email ....o precisa ter aulas com a Google!   16. Keeps saying I have unread messages. I check 3 devices to find the "unread" email I deleted on device 1.

    Chronic problem of email saying I have unread messages, when they're actually messages I deleted. I have to check 1 to 2 other devices to delete these messages a 2nd time.

  17. I have paid for add-free mail. This marketing message should not occur.

    A marketing message appears pointing to my order confirmation e-mail from Amazon. I pay extra for add-free and do not want to see **** like this. The message says "You may have overpaid on you Amazon.com purchase. Use your receipts to get money back".

    I am switching back to Classic Mail.

    Mail Pro (formerly Ad-Free Mail) removes graphical ads in your Yahoo Mailbox. However, what you mention is a notification of a new feature in Mail.

    Yesterday I opened photos I had hundreds of photos and today when I signed in there's only 3 and I haven't touched anything. I need those photos back for evidence sake, fix this asap!!!

  19. Sent email shown as draft

    After your email is sent and there is a message popping up to tell you your message has been sent, the particular email in the email list is still showing as 'draft' (not in the draft box but in the email list) in red for a while. It makes you confused whether the email was actually sent.

    Btw, it'd be great if you could provide an option to attach a screenshot. :)

  20. Images NOT Displaying

    Recently, I can't view any embedded images in my email - the button to "Show Images" is also missing so I am getting blank pages. I have already checked my Security Settings which have always been set to display images automatically. I have even tried to switch it off and switch it back on again but nothing works. Please get this fixed because it's really inconvenient and annoying. Thank you.
