Today, again, I had 3 Gmails in my account that were duplicate of the others. Why are there duplicates when I only have 1 Gmail account?

I usually get (2) replies from my gmail account. Yesterday, I received (4) copies of the replies. Why only on my Gmail account?

ERRORS
NAME APPEARS HERE AS FIRST NAME "lower case" AND LAST NAME "UPPER CASE". I DID NOT ENTER IT THIS WAY WHEN I OPENED MY ACCOUNT. WHO THE HECK CHANGED THIS??? I AM VERY ******!!! CHANGE TO ALL UPPERCASE!!! YOU SCREWED UP MY EMAIL ADDRESS TOO, AND IT WAS VERY DISTINCTIVE AND UNUSUAL SO YOU DIDN'T HAVE TO CHANGE IT!!!

Box that i tick to remember me not working. Wants again my codes. To go to mail, facebook(cant login in my account, with simple ways, i have to login first to let me login. What is that code generator????).

Spam
The Spam filter is moving emails that are NOT SPAM into the Spam. These are from addresses that I HAVE SENT EMAILS TO MYSELF! This is a major major failure of the algorithm, and actually has had some significant consequences for me in not realizing I had emails that were important.
I have gmail as well, and it will now be my main email from here on out. This is an inexcusable and unforgivable sin as a mail client. Occasional Spam slipping through the filter can be tolerated. Hiding important emails that are very obviously NOT spam is not tolerable. -

Issue after filtering for unread emails
When I filter for unread emails, then click on an email that was not read, the email will change to another email (usually one that I recently sent). I do not click buttons, it just happens. I need this fixed as it becomes hard to find the email that was currently marked as unread, that I now need to go back to. HELP!!!!

Can't sign into my *****@myuwc.ac.za account if I sign out.
I cannot sign into my gmail *****@myuwc.ac.za, using google chrome, it says: Your sign-in settings don't meet your organisation's 2-Step Verification policy.
How do I rectify it?

Recently I have tried to forward emalls that have pictures. The pictures are removed from the content, replaced by >>> and white space. It also mangles URLS and links and puts in a lot of white space. I use the latest version of Chrome. I tried disabling extensions. Nothing words. Yahoo mail classic does not have the problem. Using mail on iPhone does not have this problem.
