  2. when I forward mail it is dropping formatting

    Option to "Forward or Reply to Messages in the original format"

    When I try to reply to, reply all or forward an email - yahoo is stripping all formatting from the email to plain text.

    I don't see any option to work around this in Yahoo Mail. It was FINE last week.

    There should be an option in settings to "Reply to or Forward HTML messages in their original format."

  3. My outgoing emails are blocked as spam

    I can not send emails. Keep getting the error message: "Your message can not be sent because it resembles spam and/or contains only links. ..." My emails contain only text so what is the problem?

  5. I cannot access my email. The login screen sends verifications to my email addresses. But mail.com email doesnt receive the code

    I cannot access my email. I selected fogotten password option. The login screen sends verifications to my email addresses as I have included 2 step verification. In that I have included 2 email addresses: one is yahoo.com one, and the other one is mail.com one. Though the yahoo.com one receive the verification code, the mail.com email doesnt receive any code. So I cannot proceed with the log in. Is there any way to access. I think I have included security questions when I created the email, but they don't ask any

  8. Email issues

    I'm unable to write or send emails. Sometimes I am able to, but majority of the time if I am drafting an email it states that "message cannot be saved as draft" and even if I try to email out it will say "unable to send".
    It's been like this for months. I would like this fixed.

  9. can not erase emails or open attachments in mail

    It is not allowing me to delete emails and open emails with attachments that I need to view. This is not good and needs fixed asap needed for work.

  12. Novel idea, keep email accounts working properly

    email last used approximately 14 Nov. 2023; emails and contacts disappeared by 17 Nov. 2023. Requested restore on 17 Nov. 2023, to no avail. Could YAHOO please unscramble your mess and restore my emails and contacts. A friend sent an email which never was rejected nor appeared in the current email inbox. Where did it go? Also, no spam has appeared in the inbox, where are they going?

  15. I have updated my name everywhere I can think of and it still shows up in people's inboxes under the wrong name!!!

    I have been divorced and remarried and no matter what I do my old name shows up in every email sent out! Please fix this issue. I can't stand seeing me ex's name.

  19. it doesn't work.

    every single account I use except my own works. Whenever I send something to myself nothing appears. AT ALL. I can send the same file over and over or try to log in when I forgot my password and it tries to kill me with a heart attack. Its safe to say I hate mails with my full heart. each time i use it I cry and try to commit the unalive due to the amount of time wasted. when you see this it is most likely after my 1000000th attempt.
