How to return money that were taken from my card for MailPro by mistake?
3.12 euro was taken from my card by Yahoo for MailPro Monthly IE 35318663100. I do not use Yahoo service and did not suscribe for it. This is a mistake. Please return money on my card and change the settings.

getting signed out, when refreshing page and endless captchas!!
I am constantly getting signed out of my account!
I refresh the page to get a new email I'm expecting, then I have to tap on endless captchas - some of which I can't even SEE!!
And what's with locking people out?
I have a family member that hasn't been able to sign into her account for DAYS!!
When either of us try to ask for help or support, we are directed to yahooPLUS!!

I am not able to receive recovery mails sent by Facebook. I think my mailbox was recycled. Please unsuppress FB so I can receive mails. TY
My original email id was with '@yahoo.com' domain name. I used the same to create my FB account. Somewhere around 2013 my email id domain was changed from '@yahoo.com' to '@yahoo.in' by yahoo. Since then I have not received any messages from FB. It was not a problem until now. But now I need to receive recovery email from FB as I have forgotten my password to my FB account. FB says it has sent recovery code to my 'yahoo.com' id, but I don't receive it in my mailbox. PLEASEEE HEEELLLLP!!!!!
Hi there. The correct email address would be the one that is able to receive emails. Please contact Facebook to see if they can help you update your email address on their side in order to receive their emails to the correct email address with the correct domain.

Cannot receive email from hotmail on the computer
I cannot receive an email from my hotmail.com on the computer. I sent a hotmail email to ymail email from the computer, the hotmail email only showed up in the Yahoo app on the Samsung phone. I did not block it in Yahoo mail settings nor did I get any delivery error in my Microsoft email account. The hotmail email does not show up on the computer. I have tried many times to delete the contact and add a new contact and it is still not working. It is a problem with your software. Please fix the bugs. Thanks.

한 달 전쯤(?)과는 달리 노령(77세)의 한국인으로서 로그인의 제한(시간제한, 로봇트, 한 시간 기다려 열린 화면도 메일을 볼 수 없다는 팝업 등)이 있어서 제한시간을 지난 로그인을 하면 그 때 뿐 또 다시 상기 에러가 나옵니다.
정말 오래동안 사용한 사람으로 너무 고충, 불쾌합니다.마치 업그레이드로 유도하는 상술인지는 모르지만 이 불편을 귀사에서 해결하여 주세요.

Language issue
I am trying to log on using the Yahoo app on my phone and it shows me the terms and conditions in Italian rather than English. Evidently when I was in Italy it recognized that I was there and gave the Terms and Conditions in Italian, but now that I am back, it won't recognize that I am in the U.S. and give the terms and Conditions in English. problems signing in it is says wait 1 hour

I'm unable to forward some important emails to my family members.
There was some important update from my insurance company and I was unable to forward the same to my family members. There is this warning symbol in pink triangle mark popping up "An error occurred while sending the message". Even two days back, an email reply to already conversed recipient in the past didn't go through and pop up message like "it looks like spam". Pls avoid such pop ups.
To protect all users, we temporarily block email sending on accounts that are flagged with spam-like or suspicious sending habits. If you're seeing "suspicious activity detected" or "account temporarily blocked from sending messages", you'll still have access to your mail and receive messages while you wait for the hold to expire.

I got hacked on Instagram and the only way to recover my account is from my ymail account. But it was deleted due to being inactive, & I cannot sign up new ymail account also. Why creating ymail at first if you're going to neglect the old users about it? Please help me to at least sign up a new ymail account
If an account is unused or dormant for 12 months, it is deactivated. More info here: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/sln2018.html You will not be able to reactivate it or re-create the same email address, however, you can always sign up for a new Yahoo account at mail.yahoo.com. I'm sorry this is not the response you hoped for!

Hi there. You can sign out from Yahoo Mail then uncheck the box from ''Stay signed in''. You can also check your browser's settings to see if your credentials are automatically saved.

firefox shuts down
Recently my yahoo mail tab in Firefox has started shutting down automatically when I'm in working in mail.... wether I'm arrowing up/down, moving emails to folders, or downloading attachments.
We have some suggestions that might help. Start with the first step, then see if your problem is resolved before moving on to the next.
- Clear your browser's cache.
- Update your browser.
- Restart your computer.
- Make sure that JavaScript is enabled.
- Disable browser enhancements.
- Temporarily disable antivirus, antispyware, and firewall products.
- See if the Yahoo service works from another computer or mobile device.
- Reset your browser to default settings.
