Hello,
Would like to know why when I'm in ALL MAIL that when I want to save a particular email to another named folder it actually duplicates the same email and that email stay's in the folder I want to move it from. So when I deleted it it was deleted from both folders .... WHY ??????190th ranked -

New from Cox
As someone forced to use your service after Cox abandoned or sold off their email servers, let me say I'm not impressed. It looks like Google mail has been copy and pasted. First off, I do not like ads being put in my inbox; nor can i even delete them. The right panel seems to change ads every 10 seconds which is distracting when I'm trying to read important emails. Lastly your using a generic star system when Cox had a colored flag system that worked wonderfully so I ID emails by color.

Inbox is unusable!!!! 50 spam a day, and I’m sick of spending 30 minutes a day, marking each as spam, which is useless!!! Do something Yahoo
I want an actual response. Your help page is useless, marking each as spam does ZERO GOOD, BECAUSE THE SAME EMAILS SHOW RIGHT BACK UP, THE NEXT DAY. WHY WONT YOU DO SOMETHING??? Don’t hide this, ANSWER THE QUESTION!!!!

For security reasons, I want to change my Yahoo ID / username / email address but keep all of my data.

This new mailbox set up absolutely sucks. Constantly freezing up, open random drop down tabs on its own, missing mail, can't find anyting
PUT BACK THE CLASSIC MAIL. This new one SUCKS. Constantly freezing up and glitching. randomly opens drop down tabs on its own. Missing mail. Takes for ever for mail to actually show up. Will not refresh 95% of the time when you try to. Again, STOP ******* WITH **** THAT ISN'T BROKEN. who ever thought this mail set up was a good idea is a complete ******* moron that deserves to be fired and working a drive thru window. As I'm clearing emails, page scrolls up automatically.
I usually select a bunch of emails, DESELECT & STAR the ones I keep and press delete.
NOW...EVERY time I deselect one, the list scrolls up so I have to scroll back down EVERY time to deselect the next one.
It's making an already tiresome task EVEN MORE PROBLEMATIC!
What did you guys change to make this happen? CHANGE IT BACK!
