Couple days ago appeared a link - while I was in my email - asking me to try the new look of the YMail. The new look is great but now that I have logged in, there's again the old look and I can't find how can I switch to the new one?

Honestly, Yahoo mail's product & features road-map was never managed well, unfortunately competition has sailed far far ahead, BUT now it's time to get Yahoo mail back, Yahoo you still have your loyal set of customer, "WORK WITH THEM"

Also - I put an email in TRASH this morning - went to look for it - GONE

I often find myself deleting the same subscriptions from my inbox. I do not want to unsubscribe to these, but it would be useful if I could identify a list of subscriptions and be able to delete all of them at once to free up my inbox.

The popup mail alerts are crippling my computer.I cannot get these ultra annoying things to stop. If yahoo doesn't stop it I have no choice but to disable my account

I entered the three verification codes came to my phone, correctly for three times and you said it was wrong.I cannot retrieve my yahoo account that I have not been used for a long time.

What happened to the icons for Move, Reply, delete forward, etc. I now have to go through several clicks to find out where these things are located. Why do you change something that does NOT need changing. The old mail, including an easy to use contacts list, was way better. Bring it back.
