New charts have issues
Ergonomically horrible. Moving the recent viewed screen to the left side is wrong. Your eyes have to go to far end of the screen to find the identifier and then back to the right to see the price. When the recently viewed strip was on the right it was in the "right" place. There are countless other things that are not as good as the old charts. Much prefer you bring that back. Changing something just to change is isn't necessarily a good idea. The cursor used to just hit on the top of whatever candle it was on and…

New charts for May are a disaster, especially for viewing multiple tickers on the same chart
New charts for May are a disaster, especially for viewing multiple tickers on the same chart. The secondary ticker labels are not always visible and it looks like user cannot employ the crosshair to view prices of secondary tickers on different dates. It looks like user can't control the color of the primary ticker and the lines are too thin.
My Portfolio sidebar behavior is annoying. I like that I can now hide it (increasing graph width), but it should stay hidden when I refresh the page. [Generally, everything user has hidden should stay hidden when the page is refreshed--sidebars,… -
Consensus is: these changes suck
Seriously, no price overlay on moving averages, no ability to scroll and inconsistent crosshairs at best. Go back to the old format ffs.
Edit: Only positive features I saw was the option to go full screen and the ability to draw on and save charts. Outside of that, the old format allows you to see more clearly and see values of levels/indicators which is hugely important. Finding a way so that indicators don't "fall off" the toolbar if someone uses too many indicators would be nice.

Developers! You have amassing ability to make from candy a p..p
Please return old version chart

setting up moving average lines is not straightforward and stock list symbols display "default" chart
When I choose a symbol from my list, I get a "default" chart. Not a chart with the indicators I set up. I now have to type in every symbol to get the chart I want.
It's not at all obvious how to add two moving average lines. I finally figured it out but it wasn't at all straightforward.

New charts have no automatic update price
Delay may by 20-30 min sometimes hours. I must update real time price manually. To see negative effect of new charts look at number purchase and selling shares at the end of session. It will be 20-30% less then average day. So you hurt economy very much

Developers! You are doing wrong work...
You focused on bunch of garbage functions ( step, Baseline Delta, Hic, Scatterplot, ..., at cetera) Nobody use that It's not new year tree!!! It's waste of reassures!!! You should focus on real time price and simple understandable charts!!! As old model charts. Thanks

New charts look like a new model PORSHE car... with square wheels
Please go back to old charts

New Charts have less features than old one. Revert back to the old charts.
Old charts used to allow technical analysis such as Exponential Moving Averages with x/y/z number of days. This is completely missing. I may have to revert to another charting tool in this feature is not there.

New charts are horrible!!! Go back and STOP TORCHURE INVESTORS!!!
Old charts took only 10-15% of CPU (i7 10700) New charts take 75-100% , so force investors to work with it you cut off all of them who have avarege compuer. Old charts was considerably better! Go back and STOP TORTURE us.

Again, why change a good chart? Why again change of a chart what is perfect? I am confused now and try to understand but it's strange.

Settings not cached in browser
When a new chart is opened in a new window or tab, all the indicators disappear and one must reestablish their favorite moving averages oscilators etc....have you guys beta tested this? So far I prefer the old charts by a magnitude of 100.

changing menu positions is not an improvement
what's the point, you never follow through on good suggestions
-
You started destroying good charts... Sadly...
"Add to watchlist" appeared in place " Quote Lookup" So if you have 3-4 charts on the screen you can't see more imported "Quote Lookup" without adjustment. Guys, STOP "innovating" charts!!! Let us work calmly !!!

new chart format is lousy
You keep changing the chart format. And you get tons of "don't like it", "lousy", "don't fix what ain't broke", and similar comments. But you still insist in trying to shove that lousy new format down our throats. Are you so dumb that you don't get the hint. It's lousy. We don't like it. Go back to the old format. Don't be so stubborn and arrogant!

Don't fix what ain't broke. The new format is terrible. Go back to the previous format.
