measure tape
Add % change measure box. Draw a box, display % change within the bounds of horizontal low vs horizontal high, or horizontal high to horizontal low. Depending where you start drawing the box, top or bottom. Very similar to TradingView "measure" feature.

Bring back dark mode
What happened to the dark mode option under settings? We're blinded by all of the white background on these charts!

Please, add a feature that lets us choose the old chart
It is an unpleasant surprise to open yahoo finance and have the new chart show up instead of the old one. It takes too long to adjust the indicators to the appropriate settings and the new chart does not work well.
Please, let us choose what chart we want to work with.

let'm choose
After reading a lot of bagger, thrown at your heads I would suggest that you insert the possibility to let people choose between the older system (where one could make the choise between the classic plotting and the more sophistcated plottings) and thisone -which I like by the way. It gives one a very fast vieuw on the multi year charts while swiping. Very good job folks

User's buy price and target price as chart indicator
On the full screen chart it would be very useful to have the option to show your average buy price and one or more target sale prices of stocks you hold. Much easier than switching back and forth to the portfolio view. Buy price options could include latest lot price or average price of active lots. Indicator prices can be set by the user as a percentage of the buy price or as a fixed amount.

Posting idea for more efficient use of chart area.
consider altering these information from block display:
S&P/ASX 200 (^AXJO)
ASX - ASX Delayed price. Currency in AUD
7,190.00-85.60 (-1.18%)
As of 3:45PM AEST. Market open.
to one songle linear display:
EML Payments Limited (EML.AX) - ASX - ASX Delayed price. Currency in AUD 3.7700-0.1100 (-2.84%) As of 3:36PM AEST. Market open
This would allow more room to display chart and better viewing. Regards Frank LP-S -
Please have more intervalls on the stock charts. You have "1 day" and "1 week", but can you please add "3 days" also? This would realy help
Hi, I really love using your stock charts for technical analysis. I think it is much easier to observe and look at than i.e. tradingview. But the 3 to 1 time interval ratio is important to my method which I have learned by Prof. Barry Burns. So would it be too great of an effort for you to please add a "3 day" intervall? And/or add a "3 hours" intervall? I am crossing fingers hoping you can help me out on this. I actually would mean a lot to me. Hope you have a nice day! Best regards, Magnus Edvardsen

Earnings
Under Events in the Chart, next to Indicators and Comparison, we should have an "Earnings Released" feature which also plots the release of new earnings reports.

Standardize % ranges and allow logarithmic scale on percent charts.
The Settings menu offers % and logarithm as mutually exclusive options. This need not be case. A chart can show both logarithmic y-scale on left edge of chart as well as % numbers on right edge. Also when showing % there is no need to have chart height constrained to a fixed height. For example a 5 day chart shows automatically show 5 minute bars for candle stick format and as of today it shows range of minus 8% to plus 3%. But we can fix this range to a window frame of minus 5% to plus 5% permitting a…

input price and real-time volume update in the chart.
I love yahoo finance real-time data. I think it is impossible for me to invest without it. But it is sometimes hard to adjust a line at the exact price to draw a horizon line at an exact price. Could you please have the exact price on the line drawing the line?
Also, when I see the chart the price is be updated which is really good but the volume is not being updated automatically. So I must refresh the chart whenever I want to see the volume. Could you please fix it.
Still yahoo finance is really wonderful. -

Allow to Hide legend in main chart and in indicators sub-windows
Allow to Hide the legends in both main and sub windows. To gain space in the chart. This is allowed in Trading View.
-
Allow for overlapping or integrated indicators for example MACD + RSI in one single window
Chart area is not very big, the title area is too big, and the indicators are always on the way when you try to interact with the chart.
So, if we could overlap or integrate 2 indicators in one window that would help a lot to have more space in the chart area.
This is a feature that is possible in TradingView.
Also, would help to be able to hide legends like in TradingView.

would love to see an 8 hour chart.
8 hour bars to give some idea of what happens in the 3 different timeframes/counties.
