Add the color bars above the 'indicators' as you had in the original charts

The slow stochasics indicator doesn't show which color is %K and which is %D. I have to click Edit to see which is which.
In MACD, when the signal line is close to the MACD line it is difficult to distinguish them. The little data box covers the other one, which does help. (True in the old version too.)
The old method was faster to display and dismiss different indicators.
I like the variety of new indicators.

review indicator setup: I liked previous where I could adjust the width of indicator line eg. moving average.
