I am not receiving all my emails!
I am not getting all my emails! The last one I got is from months ago. And I know I was supposed to be getting messages from a few days ago. Yahoo mail sucks.

No way to change my sending name. yahoos way doesn’t exist!
The way yahoo says to change your sending name does work.
In settings there isn’t a “more settings” option to then find the sending name change section.
It’s rubbish.
I’ve been married nearly a year and I’m still sending emails from my maiden name, it’s so unprofessional.
The only way I can get Yahoo to really help is to pay for the upgraded services so I can speak to a real person which is outrageous! -

I'm sick to death of asking that yahoo quit shoving hyperbole, gaslighting and click-bait into my face.

Spam filter stinks
Pleaae improve your spam filter. I have it set at the highest filter but i still receiving too many. Additionally i keep receiving from the same co oant after blocking them. For example Progressive is emailing me several times a month

Changing sending name
I changed my profile name 2.5 years ago and recently discovered that my sending name hasn’t changed. When I go to the help page for changing it, the directions can’t be followed because there is no link under settings that says “more settings”. Very frustrated!

Can’t move messages on mobile site, which it forces me to use on a “mobile” device
Can’t download attachments if a message got sent to spam, can’t move the message out of spam. Ridiculous.

I am PAYING for my yahoo mail service. I have paid for 15 years. I do not expect massive ads choking my inbox!

Dear customer support, my FB account got hacked by the account name alchemisy249@gmail.com and just wandering how Yahoo! Let this happened without calling or messaging me. I’m stress and depressed because the hacker got money from my FB friends and now they calling me they thought it’s really me messaging them. Can you do something about this before I kill my self 😭😭😭
