We don’t understand
We beg you guys to fix existing issues. But what do you do? Offer new services like a miniature box to compose an email, etc. WHAT?? Why??
How about allowing us to alphabetize our contact lists??? This is BASIC!
How about allowing immediate access to an email address upon adding it to the contact list?
Or how about not allowing contact information to magically vanish, especially last names.Nope. Yahoo won’t fix what they’ve forces upon us that doesn’t work correctly.
They just keep offering us new stuff that 99% of us don’t need and don’t care about.Isn’t 0.1%…

Disappointed I can’t change font size in the body of of emails on my iPhone or iPad though I can on my desk top. 🙁
Don’t know how this can be remedied. Not being technically minded this seems to be something fixable, but apparently not…

Very bad experience I logged in my face book with this ID 13 years ago and created my insta ID on the same. Now forgot my instagram password and trying to recover through email. But I am not receiving any emails in my Yahoo Inbox or Spam folder.
Very Bad service not recommended at all you all should use Gmail that is best service
