Yahoo app locked me out and there are no options to restore access.
Make personal real time help available or quit automatically locking people out of their accounts. I think the latter would be easier.

You can improve by not f*****ga asking me to pay 4.99 to recover my email account when its free to begin with!!!!
Your customer service sucks. I don't wanna talk to a computer that directs me to 10 different links. You should have actually human beings answer our questions and not computers. You should take off that slogan you have on yahoo too. It says that your representatives will make sure we are happy but in reality your stupid automated machine answers and disappoints me all the **** time. Get some real people to answer everyone's questions or resolve customers problems. Your customer service sucks and really needs to be improved!!!

Receiving undeliverable message. I haven't sent any emails
I received two notifications that my message was undeliverable. The only problem is I haven't sent any emails recently. I went ahead and changed my password. Is it possible my email was hacked? These messages are not showing up under my sent emails either.

Categorize by organized labeling inboxes.
Have an inbox for every category, label, and mail type as well. They are by own order priority, and they should each have a section of said inbox for deleting, archiving, and trash. That would be awesome
