Stop "shorthanding" things, and burrying basic functions. When designing things, think about how many layers, or clicks a person has to use.
Think about user interface. How would someone who did not design this approach this. How would someone who did not design this figure this out?
It's simple stuff like that that would improve your user experience. Less is more
**** even your format for putting in the suggestion was very counterintuitive. As a user it was not a smooth clear path.
There were not an indicator that the post idea button would move me from the subject line to the body of the message.
This isn't entertainment people are using emails for basic daily functions they don't want to guess stuff they don't want a bunch of mystery.
People just want something super straightforward that will work in a very straightforward fashion.
