  6. App will not open. It force closes no matter what

    Tried all restart options (Please follow these steps and let me know if the issue persists:

    Force stop and restart the app
    When you force stop an app it refreshes the active memory for the app.

    Restart the device
    If you're still having problems with the app after you restart the device, the app could be corrupt.

    Uninstall and reinstall the app
    It's possible the app has become corrupt. Install a fresh copy of the app to fix this problem.)

    And after doing all this nothing works. I was told to submit a log to engineering. I cannot open this…
