Yahoo editors are racist
Everytime I see a melanated male story on yahoo; he's either being killed, locked up, or a warrant is issued for him It's Black history month & yahoo can't find any positive stories about Black me. Shameful & disgusting!

The reason yahoo australia seems to get so much bad feedback on its stories
For a long time now yahoo australia (don't know about other countries) has disabled feedback. It's probable that this is because of criticism of the stories and those featured in it.
Given that probably well over 50% of the stories are "idiot celebrity", rubbish stunts and pure garbage and social media "hacks" that are ridiculous, I wonder if ANYONE at Yahoo AUSTRALIA has ever thought the feedback might have been due to the (non existent) quality of what they are serving up as news?
Or, heaven forbid, are they only after clicks, views and the resultant revenue? Surely not! -

My idea is for yahoo to stop posting hateful negative stories about anything conservative
Seems yahoo is a big part of the problems this country is facing right now. Anything to do with conservative people, politics or politicians yahoo has the most negative views, comments and outlooks. You're doing a fantastic job insuring this country is divided yahoo. But understand if China takes over, you'll go down with the conservatives and every other American. Because they want to see all of us gone.

Learn what customer response is.....
Yahoo obviously has no clue what customer service is and what constitutes a proper response. Respond to the customer in a manner that the customer can see......on My Yahoo or via email....not Facebook or Twitter.
The fact that you instantly delete on point, totally innocuous comments, says that Yahoo doesn't really care what is said, only who posts the comment. Great business practice!

Investigate Jpay.com for consumer maltreatment. Investigate the federal government going after them legally but state governments using them
Yahoo needs to investigate Jpay.com and Securus. Same company. Been sued by federal government yet state D.O.C.s still use them. Theft of customers whenever they chose with no recourse. Multiple BBB complaints unanswered. Customers can't file class action suit but would love and deserve to. Bring this company and their monopoly over prison communication and payments to light.
