New format is not good
The new format is not good. I like and want my old homepage and format back. We should have an option to keep the old format. I like the scrolling at the top of the page. Also, how I can choose if I want to see science stories or technology stories etc.

Support just hangs up on you because they want you to pay for a service that they can’t guarantee will work. Service has gone downhill since Verizon took over.

I’ve been with yahoo since 1999. You’ve added a new feature in mail which show a bar ( such as delete, etc) across half the screen. Can’t scroll below that bar only from the top which limits the view of yahoo mail. This feature isn’t even needed since everything is already in mail to delete etc. please take this out so I can enjoy reading yahoo mail.

When attempting to populate the TO field in an email, going to your contacts list, you cannot get to the second page of your contact list, the NEXT button is grayed out. It’s been like this for weeks when you going to fix it?

Links that break themselves. Works one minute the next a refresh is needed in order to get it to work again. So bad it was at times I took to my laptop. Good God what did you do there? Sluggish confusing, and always running a video somewhere. I have browser addon’s that do security checks. I’ve never seen so many hits on a website. It’s was more than that Chinese website called like roku or Something. Maybe your being hacked again.

It’s getting slower. Partly due to the fact your auto playing videos again trying to push ad revenues up. Brings back those nightmares of using that News app that played videos with the loud music. If it gets any slower on iOS ill be going somewhere else for news and comments.

I went on to my account after not being active for really long time and all of my email messages that I had saved on there because they're important to me... are gone!

I saw the "New " layout, I tried the "New" layout and.....it SUX BIGTIME! It even SUX BIGTIME on my phone! It is unusable and and a pain in the A@@ to navigate. I have, for the last year and a half; AT LEAST; refused to even try to look at my mail on my phone. I have since then been accessing YAHOO! mail on my desktop and NOW you're trying to push ANOTHER design change?!?! DON"T ATTEMPT TO FORCE ME! You have HUNDREDS of comment on how nearly impossible it's become to use almost ANYTHING on the site on their phones. Just go back and reinstate EVERYTHING that YAHOO! had in 2005 and start from there by letting US decide what we want and don't want. I tell you this for starters, there are 2 things we DO NOT WANT: #1 Sponsored "news" articles and #2 FORCED LAYOUT CHANGES!
