Your page on how to switch back to Classic Mail is in error. There is no icon or drop down where you can easily click back to the classic.
There is no icon or drop down menu where you can easily click back to the Classic Version. I'm so frustrated and disappointed with the arrogance Yahoo has that they have built a better mousetrap. You do us all a disservice when you use this as a ploy to get users to pay $4.99 a month for better service. You've hijacked our contacts and could care less about your customers. I'd be an idiot to pay for your Pro Mail.

Fix the instructions for switching back to Classic Mail. They are not correct. The instructions read that under the Settings tab, there is an option for switching. Also, there should be an easily recognizable option for printing a list of contacts. The Settings tab should contain a Tools tab for all of these options. New Mail is unworkable for my needs. All of the other comments about the New Mail problems apply to me as well. These are fundamental to the advantages of using email whether it's for business or personal.

I'll wait about 2 weeks. If I can't get back to classic email I'll switch to gmail. I've had it with your changes that make email worse every time.

I prefer using the Classic Mail. Last time I wanted to see what the "Full featured" vs. "Basic account" view does (Settings / Advanced Options / Mail Accounts / Switch now) and it got the Classic Mail stuck in that view. When I try to switch back to "Full featured" mode, it takes me back to the "newest Yahoo Mail". Please fix this??

Under settings on the right-hand side, down at the very bottom, it will say switch back to classic mail, do your editing and deleting while in classic mail, log off then log back on and switch Back to upgraded mail!
worked for me 1/7/19
