I have to keep disabling notifications. They have automatically enabled several times. Please fix this.
I'm guessing the setting reverts after an update comes through. Please correct this. I'll definitely be uninstalling if it happens again.

Region locking the comments
Why aren't the news and comments sections region locked? There way too many "Americans" posting on stories that don't understand basic American grammar, colloquialisms or government set up. We definitely have an education problem in the US, but this is clearly Russian trolls. Hopefully Congress will look at yoirbplatform too and think about regulation. You are an American company, allowing yourself to be used as a weapon of propaganda by any enemy nation.

Option to stop notifications just when someone votes on a comment

When I uncheck breaking news AND local news alerts...STOP filling up my "notifications" with them!
Stop filling up my notifications with " breaking news"! I will see these as I scroll! I have unchecked both breaking and local news alerts because I don't need to be notified of things I can see by scrolling.

Chopped Headlines on the news feed
The headlines describing the news article appear chopped off on the feed. I have enlarged my fonts.
This chopping off display of headlines has me constantly guessing what is Yahoo news actually trying to say. -
