Mass delete
I would really like a larger mass delete option. When you click "check all" it really only highlights about 25-50 at a time, so doing a big inbox purge takes forever. Select all should really 'Select All' or at least have it select a few hundred at a time so if deleting 1,000 emails takes a LOT less time.

Mail Preview
I'd like to have the mail preview back. I don't want to have to open the email all the way to read it.

when i wanted to send an email all I had to do was type the first letter of a name and select from the drop down...It doesn't do that now

Leave things alone
the old mail was fine but you screwed it up. the font is too small, everytime i open an attachment I get a new tab open that is empty, attachments don't attach, and the list goes on. Quit screwing with the basic functionality and give us the option of going back to the old interface. You've broken what worked

Block email addresses!
Please reprogram where it says "block email address" . It ALSO should work for phone numbers.

deleted all my emails
I haven't checked my yahoo email in a few months and ALL of my emails are deleted. Im upset because this account had meaningful old emails and photos, which I can no longer view since it said I was "inactive" for too long. There were also email contacts that I don't have access to anymore. Can you please restore everything?

Emptying Trash
Hey! Yahoo has managed to create another great annoyance!! Now, when you click the icon to empty your trash, you are greeted with a piece-of-**** "Updating all messages" dialog box with a progress bar!! Who thought of that? Not needed, just empty the trash and tell me it's empty!! No "updating all messages" crockery necessary!!!!

Why is this newer one so much slower than the old one???
Why is this newer one so much SLOWER than the old one??? Bring back the old one at least until you fix these bugs in the new one.

Put back the 'old' Basic Mail -- you've screwed up most everything with your silly change; "Sent" doesn't give TO WHOM it's sent.

QUIT TRYING TO FORCE US TO CHANGE. LIKE THE CLASSIC YAHOO. THIS NEW ONE DOES'NT HAVE A PRINT OPTION. IT SUCKS!

User control of ad variables;e.g. flashing ads, workspace area
The 'ad' space uses more screen that is necessary. Allow the user to dictate 'ad space' requirements. of better yet, a widget button thats
allows acknowledgement , click then removes ad to increase work space. Flashing ads are very distracting- again, a widget or button to control or quiet down visual noise. I fully understand that ads pay for service. However, distracting ads drive away users. -
Re-enable 'old' feature to move emails
I am still trying to use this 'new' version. Today I find I cannot move a sent email to a different folder. I have a system - HAD a system - which I can no longer use. PLEASE give us back the older version. I am an older person and cannot stand these changes.
