This new design is broken and does not show me all of my mail.
For the past week, every time I clicked to use the old version, new mails would show up. Now that button is gone, and every time I open Yahoo it says there are new mails, but there is no new mail in my boxes. Thank you so much for breaking things so that I can not access my mail. It's wonderful, considering most of my tax documents are electronic and associated with this email.

Now if I have my mail on my screen - it doesn't update to show new mail unless I double click on "Inbox". So now every so often, I have to remember to click it or I won't see that I have new mail!!!! How is this Better????? please explain??? It seems this is getting worse everyday!!!!

My idea is to get rid of Yahoo and use a different email carrier.

Most people get more than 25 emails in a day. But if you want to look at your emails, you can only see 25 at a time. You can't see or get it to load more than 25 emails at a time?
Whose bright idea was this????!!!!????

Where is the refresh inbox button..? why would you take that out? We need a way to refresh the inbox and update the mail.
The appearance of the whole mail template is irrelevant, just stop reducing the functionality of the previous versions.
Why do we have to sign in to provide feedback..? -

I have found that my old computer can not keep up with the processing requirements of the new yahoo email, therefore I only see 12 of my newest emails and from that computer. I can not even change the settings or reply to an email.
It's quite frustrating for me and my "old tank" of a Toshiba laptop, still running windows 7. Sad when an email upgrade can make it impossible to work my emails from my perfectly functioning 11 year old laptop. Email should not be a reason to replace a laptop. Give me back my old yahoo mail or buy me a new laptop? I guess I could just switch to gmail, but I really don't want to, I've had my yahoo account for decades, but I am not replacing my working "old tank" before I have to. -

Please add back the old feature; the unread email counter on the Spam folder, the same as the one still active on our Inbox. As I have already stated before, the automatic spam filter does occasionally flag legitimate emails as spam, and unless I remember to check the spam folder daily I will miss out on some important and legit emails.
The bold, unread spam email counter was vitally important to me because as soon as I saw the counter I would verify that the email/s is/are truly spam, before trashing them manually. Please add that old feature back in. As I'm going through various constructive comments, I can see that I'm not the only one who wants, or rather needs this feature present for my daily operation.
Thanks in advance to anyone in the technical department who are reading these comments and taking our constructive comments into consideration for future upgrades/improvements.

Go back to Basic. Your advancements are REGRESSIONS! This product is best suited for brain dead yahoos who probably designed this pile of Crapoo. I tried to send an email to my wife & my links to my contacts have disappeared! Undo this hijacking immediately & listen to the UNANIOUS CODEMNATION of this RUBBISH you foisted on us unasked for

I have to click inbox for new emails to arrive.
I don't want the email to open when I click on the title.
It doesn't automatically enter addresses when entering a letter in the "To" line.
Don't see a print button.
Where is the option for a "reading pane" under the inbox listing.
I could go on, but don't have time. I'm spending too much time trying to make the new version work. -

Dieses neue Design ist schlecht. Weniger Mails auf einer Seite. Funktionen fehlen.

Bring back the old version. This new classic is less user friendly and it hurts my eyes. Your homepage is easier to read. The server is slower too. I was waiting for an important time sensitive email to appear. I had the email sent a 2nd time bec. the 1st didn't show up. The 1st and 2nd email appeared in my Inbox the following day. You made Yahoo Mail more complicated and it's affected how it works. This is not improvement.

New version continues to be effectively worthless. Too many features still missing.. Don't see how that benefits anyone. If you really cared & listened, we would have seen signs of some improvement by now. A service that doesn't care about its customers soon finds itself without any. Is that the goal perhaps?

Great PC format that have been scrapped for wild *** unexplainable reasons: Windows XP for ****** update, Office 2007 .xls to .xlsx … Now Yahoo Mail. Your designers should be inventing something and not just making changes for the sake of change.
