please don't make me keep switching back from the new or newer mail "theme"; the old one is fine for my needs; please stop making me reset every time I check mail! please!

This email version is pure dysfunction. It looks like email from the early 1990s - especially with the limitation of 25 visible emails at one time. Sorting and filing was already problematic in the Yahoo version rolled out this January. Now it is impossible. Do the software engineers actually think things through or do they just plow ahead with programming routines they are familiar with, without thinking about the broader consequences of their design. Obviously, whoever created this has very limited experience in technology or its uses. Did most of the software engineers just finish high school? Did they outsource this to Bangalore, India? Is that why it is so dysfunctional?

There are a lot of other email providers.
After 18 years of having Yahoo as my
only email and putting up with Yahoo´s
frequent arbitrary and required changes,
I have decided on a divorce.
You can also do the same, limitng
your email usage of Yahoo little by little
to somewhere else until your Yahoo
account is empty.

At least you can switch back!! I am STUCK with this new worthless garbage and I HATE it! Why they refuse to listen to their Yahoo people is beyond comprehension. Maybe they want all of us to switch to AOL or whatever so Yahoo can go out of business, file bankruptcy and not have to pay any of their past due bills.

It is called "Classic" for a reason! Now, they've even removed the option to switch to it!
You'stuck with "Basic" or Newest...
I HATE this new yahoo mail, GIVE ME BACK THE LAST ONE I HAD. I am disgusted with changing what only makes this mail less desirable. I really hate everything about it. I hate the color choices and themes, you have decided to list everything i do in a folder and I feel it is impossible to use this and enjoy it. I may have to go to other emails.

It seems that you can still use the older version (for a while ?) : in your "history" firefox, get a line of an old
message of your emails (with "neo" inside) like this : https://mail.yahoo.com/neo/b/message... ,
and open it. Then launch a "search email" whithout any word, so you' ll not be redirected to the
new version which hurts the eyes, and you' ll get all your messages (received and sent) in the
older format page. But to keep this version, don' t click on "received", "sent", "spam" etc.. or you will be redirected. Use the arrow "back" to stay on the page in old format.
Il semble que vous pouvez toujours utiliser l’ancienne version (pour un temps?) : Dans votre "historique"
firefox, cherchez une ligne d’un vieux message de vos e-mails (avec "neo" à l’intérieur) comme
ceci : https://mail.yahoo.com/neo/b/message...
But Yahoo, please bring back the older classic mail, it 'll be easier and better for everybody !!!!
re PS . :
That means that the older format still exists in Yahoo computers. So they can bring it back easily. Please do it right now !!!!!

NOBODY likes the new version, just switch back to the old!
Now we don't even have an option, we're obligated to deal with an ugly interface full of bugs!

I DO NOT WANT THE NEW SYSTEM I LIKE THE OLD ONE
grandson wants me to switch to gmail. this horrible non-functional change may force me to do just that. WHAT A MESS YOU HAVE CREATED, YAHOO.
Thank you to the poster who said send mail toto Yahoo@communications.yahoo.com and hope for the best. This is so bad, how could it have been approved?
To all of you who are not happy with the new format and want to send feedback: I doubt Yahoo does anything with what we write here. But we could all send an e-mail stating our dislike of the new format to Yahoo@communications.yahoo.com and maybe then they'll notice us.
Bring back the old version. This new classic is less user friendly and it hurts my eyes. Your homepage is easier to read. What people need is plain black text on a white page with only a bit of color. If users want more, give them the option to change what they want.

I agree. I don't like the new email, but now my husbands emails show on my screen???? I've already deleted his emails thinking they were mine.
I just want the classic original.
