I switched to basic because with my autism, it was the best for my needs.
Why would you just change it on me, without at the very least giving me a way to change it back to what I need?
And this certainly isn't the first time Yahoo has shown that it doesn't care about what its users say or need, nor the first time Yahoo changed everyone's emails (which is what forced me to use the classic basic email to begin with).
If anyone reading this looks into a class action, please let me know. This has to stop, because now I have to seriously consider looking for a different main email provider, as I can't keep adjusting to what Yahoo thinks is right for me. I'm not Yahoo's child. I don't have to do or accept what I'm told. -

Absolutely agreed. And I dont understand how it is possible that idiots who totaly ****** the mail is able to get employed, work, and hold their positions in Yahoo.

My Yahoo photo file is not able to open photos. This version stinks. I have now lost every photo that I stored in the Yahoo photo file. On my iPad the photo file is now empty. If you are going to change the format at least hire someone that's not an idiot. You have ruined Yahoo.

For those who suffer from dyslexia, how text renders is important! - Your so-called -'update' leaves us with broken text (literally; the letters don't render properly!) and authoring windows that are like keyhole-surgery and difficult to use... The people who have REJECTED to other versions of Yahoomail did so for good reason, it does not suit their requirements... You've now gone out of your way to force something on people that they've been pretty explicit about NOT WANTING!!! - The contempt for your customer base is palpable! - I don't use Yahoo as my main email address, haven't done for years because previous changes made it unsuitable... I'm not alone, there is a reason why you lost market-traction - Instead of learning from your mistakes, you're now compounding them! - THIS IS COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE!

Go back to the way it was - it looks hideous, is more difficult for the dyslexic to read, and the text no longer renders properly!

I can't delete any of my emails. Do I have to delete each one separately now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This will take years. Looks like it's time to switch user accounts.

I have the same issue. I don 't have time to read all the junk and delete them individually. I tried to check all, doesn't work. then I checked each box one by one and still can't delete them. Then I tried checking the boxes and moving them to spam but the spam button doesn't work either. Does anything work in the new and "improved" version? Funny thing about customer service, if something isn't broke don't fix it. People were happy with it before.
