If you keep encountering issue, you can reach out to our team via Twitter(@YahooCare) for further assistance.
So users must have a Twitter account in order to contact Yahoo! support? No Twitter account. No Facebook account. No mobile devices... I was writing to address the most recent problem with Basic in that due to a glitch, an email was copied to an attorney's office. This sort of thing occurs due to new Basic field demand that both does this sort of freezing - this wrongly-sent addressee was not put into the cc field by me, but the auto-contacts froze - I clicked to get that contact to disappear, but the Yahoo! application inserted it, and I received an email from an attorney, who, I hope has nothing whatsoever to do with, nor any interest in, the subject of my email to the proper addressees. PS "...customers may CONTACT " is far more promising than "reach out," and saves the customer from envisioning him or herself floating on a sinking raft.
