Mass delete
I would really like a larger mass delete option. When you click "check all" it really only highlights about 25-50 at a time, so doing a big inbox purge takes forever. Select all should really 'Select All' or at least have it select a few hundred at a time so if deleting 1,000 emails takes a LOT less time.

I've had this stupid email address for over a decade. Unfortunately, that means it's on a lot of mailing lists, which means I get a crapton of spam emails.
Occasionally, I need to clean out some of the garbage, but I can't do that very efficiently when I can only see 50 results per page.

I don't think having the messages on different pages works well. I vote to change that back as to how it was previous - running all the way down to latest message.

Who cares where we rank on a list - please just focus on fixing all the problems you caused by changing yahoo....or I will just use yahoo as an automatic forwarding source for gmail

Give us a choice of which list of emails we want to return to when we open an email on list 2-n.
You force us back to the first page of listed emails even if we are on page 3 and want to read the emails on that page. We have to look and remember what page of emails we are on before we open an email on page 2-n. In one day, I get 3-6 of your pages with emails. When I open one email, I don't want to click the next email V button because the next email could be a hack or I might have to open many before I get to one that is not a plea for money from politicians or good causes.

Why in the world do I have to page forward to get to another group of emails...how frustrating this is. I can no longer just scroll down to see previous day's mail???? That's ****...the "digital age" is supposed to make life easier and you've just added an element of the "dark ages" to efficiently using your email client. Dump it and give us basic mail.

This is not an idea this is a complain, the new mail does't work, I can't delete a message, can't go back, can't get to the setting, the only temporary fix was to clear chrome cookies and history, the mail worked temporarily to get in the setting and go back to the old basic yahoo mail.
you should fire the tech that came up with this stupid upgrade. -

Every time I go to look at my mail it annoys and angers me. Instead of the continuous list of mail, I have to either do a search - if I know what I am looking for - or go through the single page of emails, then scroll back up to the top and click on the next page to look at more of my mail. This format is NOT AN IMPROVEMENT!!! I am starting to look for alternatives, and I have been on Yahoo mail for something like 15+ years. Whoever designed and put this into operation - and continues to insist on having it go forward in spite of all the bad reviews, probably with the idea that if they don't roll it back to the OLD mail people will just "get over it" is mistaken. This is the best way to destroy Yahoo's reputation anyone could have come up with if they were trying to do it intentionally. And those of us who go elsewhere won't be making Yahoo our home page any more, so we won't be clicking on your adverts or buying anything from there with links.
Get the idea, Yahoo? If, of course, anyone is actually reading these "reviews" and taking them seriously. I don't see any positive ones being made, so get a clue.

First idea: Stop changing something that works well. Second idea: Go back to allowing scrolling through 500 emails to a page. Third idea: Leave ALL emails alone. Let the user do what we want with our emails, please! Fourth idea: Leave ATT out of it!

"delete" button needs to be on the left as it was for the earlier basic version.

This version is extremely difficult to use.
Please review it and return the features people used every day like scrolling down through the emails rather than moving from 1 page to the next by going to the top and clicking on the next page.
As a program designer, this version was obviously not tested properly
