Provide a means for users to report problems and obtain support.
There is currently no way to report problems with Yahoo mail. Twitter/social media feeds are only accessible to people with the relevant social media accounts, and invariably consist of unrelated spam posted by Yahoo corporate.
I propose a system whereby Yahoo users can report problems, without relying on third-party accounts of other services. This shouldn't need to be requested, it should be provided as standard. Oath are one of the largest tech companies, and have zero support systems in place for their users.
