I hate the new user interface. It's clunky and unnecessary. Change it back, or at least give us the option to keep the old one.
I hate the new user interface. It's clunky and unappealing. Change it back or at least give users the option. Email is a tool - not a razzle dazzle advert. I don't need colors and pictures. I just need to be able to read the email.

How do I get Help with Yahoo for Performance issues???
In Yahoo Classic I was able to refine an e-mail search to sort by folder. How do I do this now that you have stopped Yahoo Classic? I now cannot successfully search in messages because there is no way to search by folder if I cannot remember which folder it is in an how many years ago I saved it. There was no way to ask for help in Yahoo about this issue - I could only choose from pre-set other issues when I went to ask for help

I suggest Yahoo to restore classic mail, it easy to use and friendly.
If you stop the old format, maybe many users will abadon yahoo including me. How to create the new one but many users not support? -
You can improve it by allowing to have Clasic back .What is wrong with you people? Are you determined to loose your long time users !!!!!!

How the **** do I get to my contacts list? I don't mind change but This new Yahoo mail sucks. The previous version worked perfectly.

All the Ads on the email are Exremely Distracting and Stressful
We don't need all those photos and Huge Ads in the Emails. Put the Classic Email back. With your new email I will just accumulate more unwanted emails instead of deleting them because it is too difficult and time consuming to get to the subject or anything else. It is not easier, it is more time consuming to wade through all this garbage. Get a clue! People don't want what you are doing and it is extremely frustrating. Please go back to something that is functional. People don't have the time for your silly games and changes.

Headers in Mail take up too much of Screen--Please Fix it, go back to Classic Mail
The color bar in email is too thick and the bar that gives the options like more for print etc is too thick. All these bars with the address bar and everything else takes up about the top 3 inches of my screen for viewing my email. It is frustrating, time consuming and annoying. It is bad enough you messed with mail in the first place but it shouldn't block the emails so far down on the screen. I don't want to post, I want a fix.

I leave certain things marked unread on purpose. I need this to continue, but the newest version keeps marking it read.
Do not automatically open mail. I want to open it myself and have the ability to mark it as unread and it remain that way.

Add Yahoo Mail Basic Filter functionality to New Yahoo Mail
Please restore the option to easily add a filter. After going to settings - Filters - The new Yahoo Mail does not pre-populate the email address and/or subject you are attempting to filter. Making what used to be a simple process, a lengthy process. The filter setting should also be returned to the toolbar where we have Mark as Read, Star, and Block Sender.

GO BACK TO ORIGINAL EMAIL FORMAT
With every change you make, you keep ******* thoings up more and more. HINT: Look at how easy it is to use gmail.
The only reason I have not left Yahoo Mail yet is because of the dificulty in changing over so many of my personal accounts info.
But it is going to the point where I will indeed do it BECAUSE YOU REFUSE TO LISTEN!
