JEFFERY BONFORTE,
It is almost past time for you to read and respond to your customer complaints regarding this
''New'' and ''Upgraded'' email format. If Yahoo/ Verizon survives this issue without a Class Action
then I will be surprised. However, it IS time for you to RESIGN from your Job. This job should
be about much more than your personal ego problems in connection with this ''New'' and
''Upgraded'' email format. It should be about listening to your customers and providing
them with the best product and service possible. Your customers are telling you that
you are failing in all categories. Please do everyone a favor and Resign. This action
should hopefully provide an opportunity to a program designer to provide Yahoo/Verizon
customers with the product and services that they both demand and deserve. -

WTF? All these comments for returning to
an older format and STILL YAHOO HAS NOT RESPONDED.
i DON'T LIKE OR WANT THE NEW FORMAT!
I don't need ads mixed between my emails, it's bad enough to have them on the header and sidebar.
Someone help me get back my previous version.................. -

It's OUR e-mail! You shouldn't be forcing something down our throats that we don't want!

Would You PLEASE give the people what we want?? It is obvious that we would all like the old format back, PLEASE! I am continuously changing it back due to some reason YAHOO keeps changing my email account to the new format without my consent. I and all of the others that have been giving the feedback you are collecting are stating that we all want the old format back! Please just give us the old format back!
It is not very user friendly, it hurts the eyes and is to dang-gone bubbly! My eyes can not take it! Just change it back, we all are not happy with it and we are the subscribers. -

This "new" and NOT improved e-mail is so horrible to use, the background themes and print hurts my eyes, the stupid ads at the top disguise themselves as new e-mails, and even the emojis are stupid and childish looking. PLEASE RETURN OUR CLASSIC MAIL FORMAT!

It really has less functionality, and is less usable. You can argue about beauty, but beauty should not come at functionality expenses. You tried that nonsense in January, it does not seem any better now. Get back to a working email!

I agree that it was unfair for some "person," "team," whoever to force us to switch to this new format, when we indicated that we did not want to change (which I did numerous times). I find this "new" format harder to read. Why should I have to learn to "drive" a new vehicle when I was comfortable with the old one? What is the advantage to Yahoo to make this switch?? Do you think you will get new customers? Was there some kind of customer survey that chose this new format?? Did an ad agency come up with this "new" idea?? In the meantime, your loyal subscribers were in the dark and clearly had no choice in the matter. What's wrong with giving us the choice to have our old, comfortable format back?? I don't see any advantage to a new, different one.

I did not want to switch to this "new" format - I find it harder to read and less user friendly. I vote to at least have the choice to go back to the "traditional" format.
