I cannot change font or font size, not font color. You made a horrible mistake, going to gmail in the future.
You made things worse, no font changes, font size, nor font color. You also don't have the stationeries has before. Going to go to gmail or something else. Your changes are always bad.

Why don't my contact names pop in when I start typing. I don't have time to go find them all.
Before when you start to type a contact name, that contact and any others associated with it would pop up, now nothing pops up. Very frustrating.

Old way - delete e-mail I am reading, next e-mail comes up. one click. New way three clicks. not an improvement
Go back to the old classic mail. Your improved mail is more complicated to use. Not user friendly.

Get rid of Mail Pro. It sucks. I can't use my contacts (individually or in groups), can forward picture jokes, etc. etc. Yahoo forced it on me a week ago and then returned me to Basic Mail when they found out I didn't pay for it. All of a sudden, they forced me back to Mail Pro. I will not pay for it and if I can't get back to Basic, I'll be forced to go to gmail.

The mail listing format has too much white space. Classic had a "compact" setting. The new version has almost no settings at all.

You are going to lose a long loyal customer. How the **** can you arbitrarily alter my service. I can not reach my contacts. Change this. Correct this immediately or I am on to gmail.

What is happening???
Why can I only now find my inbox and send mail for the last couple of days????
and why on earth are there no tabs for opened mail???
When I compose a message and start typing in an address it does not automatically
pop up with that address like it used to do, now it becomes a big mission just to enter an address!!!!
What an absolute MESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
