Why is editing a contact so difficult?

Contact Information lost with new format! Will the calendar be next?
Today much of my valuable contact information is gone! No notice. No explanation. Just gone. Why? All of a sudden we have a narrow strip next to the inbox with an unrecognizable sort. People are furious. Does anyone at Yahoo care?

Don't require an email in new Contacts
Why is an email address required for a new Contact? Many, many, many contacts we have don't have email, or at least I don't use or need their email. I store a phone number or an address or even just notes in a Contact record. STOP requiring an email address in Contacts.
BTW, you deleted all of my Contacts that didn't have emails and you have cause me HUGE problems because you wiped out a bunch of really important data for me. Yahoo really sucks now.

Contacts dont sync with I Phone--New yahoo contact system is totally messed up. I am using the paid yahoo as I am using since 1997.

I am using the paid yahoo as I am using since 1997. Too much work to move so many thousands emails and my 2000 + contact list to Gmail. The Gmail features are much better and advanced, like google Docs.
Though I use yahoo, I discourage others joining / using yahoo as yahoo mail has been lagging behind Gmail.
If this yahoo guys dont make up to mark I am sure to migrate to Gmail very soon. I am fed-up with yahoo.

Please make it easy to find my billing information so if I have to change it due to a compromised credit card, I can, easily. Not easy now.
Just have a "Billing" link on the home page.

Switching between linked account.
The old version made it easy to switch between multiple email accounts. The new version makes you log out and log in to the accounts. Please bring back that feature. It is time consuming making my clients wait for me to sign in to each account.

need to go back to old email list
can't print out email contacts. contest list on left side needs to return. this just does not work at all i see a lot of unhappy people. i may have to switch to gmail. when you went over to this it messed up most of my contacts. took over two hours to correct and lost a lot of them. THANKS FOR NOTHING

Alphabatize Contacts
Whey aren't Contacts in alphabetical order now that you've updated them? Sure, they are grouped by the first letter in alphabetical order but within that group they are mixed up. What a jumbled mess Yahoo has created.

Make Folders area wider/user-adjustable
A few years back you changed Yahoo Mail so that we can no longer adjust the width of the column on the left where Folders are which means that many of my folder names were cut off. Now with the release of the new Contacts interface you have further narrowed that column and many of my folder names are unreadable. Bring back the ability for users to adjust the column width so that we can see our complete folder names.

Slow mail
Lately Yahoo mail has becoming very slow. Even closing emails works very slow and I am running other emails on the same platform and it works much faster.

Folder area too narrow
You keep narrowing the area where folders are on the left. We used to be able to drag the right side of the folder area and widen/shrink it. You took that away when you upgraded Yahoo Mail several years ago so my folder names were all truncated with ... Now you added the new Contacts interface (which is a disaster) and further narrowed the folder area on the left. Now more of my folder names are ... What gives? Stop messing around with stuff. Yahoo Mail used to be the best email interface out there. Now it's going to ****.

Open e-mails in new tabs
I liked being able to open my e-mails in new tabs instead of having to switch back and forth in the email window. Is Yahoo trying to go out of business by ******* off their users. Getting ready to switch to Gmail and saying goodby to Yahoo altogether.
