  5. Return to old contacts version. All contacts without email are gone. Cannot add any new ones without associated email.

    Restore contacts that don't have an email associated with them. Allow contacts to be added without email.

  6. Look like the problems on contacts is with Yaho mail PRO.

    Looks like the problems on contacts is with Yaho mail PRO. My wife uses the older version and it works perfectly as before.
    After getting paid service we are screwed.

  7. By returning it to its former usable format. I have lost alot of information for my profession as I have had Pro Mail and paid for it

    I have lost contacts, logins, passwords and contacts from governmental agencies with my registration numbers and unique id's. Verizon! I thought that Voice Wing was the last time that you were going to stick it to me, but I guess not. Stop already with the feedback forum and return Contact to what it was meant to be. I have had Mail Pro for a lot of years, now I am paying to be insulted and inconvenienced.

  9. Make it easy to prevent e-mail from senders I want to accept from getting put in the Spam folder.

    My font size jumped from "normal" to ridiculously small and I cannot find a way to restore it to "readable". Where is the font size selection, please?

  17. What is it the THWARTS us when trying to add-save a new contact? It is not simply the email address.

  18. Please reinstate the SORT option by sender to make it much easier to process my email

    I used to be able to process hundreds of emails in each of my folders by sorting by sender, allowing me to alphabetically group them in a single batch for easy action. Your present system sorts only by date, entailing my having to search through the entire listing of singly sent emails from each entity.
