WTH happened to Yahoomail? Where are my folders? Where are the function buttons? How am I supposed to work with this mess? Why am I wasting time having to **** around with posting questions about this?
So here's the deal Yahoo: I don't know what particular batch of medicinal herbs the delivery guy dropped off for your "design" team, but what you've given is the full, flat and final "go away" to your users.
If this can't be reverted to a the semi-sane, usable form it had before this bonehead-moronic "improvement," I'll simply have to get a different email account.
It's a hassle but once it's done I'll be back to an actual email account instead of this bizarre, blank-notebook-page weirdness.
This is flatly unusable - and demanding that users waste their time trying to figure out what the **** your "design" fools did here is not a reasonable demand.
No idea about the people working for Yahoo, Ink, but our time out here in Userland is valuable. I am not going to spend another minute with this ****. If there isn't a revert button here somewhere I'm just done with Yahoo. Bravo on that.

Please allow return to the true classic version. This latest update has made yahoo impossible to use.

New Yahoo mail is just ****! mobile version is uninteresting. I only used yahoo mail because of wegwerfadressen - they seem to be gone as all other mail that was saved in the account. yahoo was good in 2002 until maybe 2008 or 2010- since it's always changing the look and the funktions. it is just only annoying now in 2020 and this is why I now will quit the account. no need to see a single letter of yahoo website or anything else related to yahoo anymore again in my life. I hope the company dies!

Id Be fine with the new layout if they would give us the “Delete All” function back. Wtf would they get rid of that?
Just make sure no idea

Agreed. The ability to quickly manage an email from the header is gone now that the controls have been moved to the bottom.
Swiping between emails has been disabled and replaced with navigation arrows that are infinitesimal in size, probably in the hopes that people will accidentally tap an ad instead, as they are placed just above one.
Font size is harder to read and there is so little different between read and unread that you can hardly tell at a glance whether you have new mail. (Again, this was mostly likely done to blend the ads that mimic emails into the design, in the hopes that people would click them by mistake.)
Easy selection of multiple emails for management is a plus, but pointless when paired with the previously mentioned controls being placed at the bottom of the page.
Whoever designed this UI either hates Yahoo and is sabotaging them, or really has no idea what they are doing. And I understand that you require ad revenue to function, but being shady about it just drives people away. That’s what makes a website feel like some malicious virus hub on the edge of the internet — and that’s what you’re slowly becoming..
