Real Help
My idea is that Yahoo users can actually get help when they truly need it. What can a user do when they try repeatedly to delete or move to spam, and nothing happens. Where it had worked but now doesn't, and no changes were made, I'd say actually being able to talk or chat with a real live person, is required. If it's an issue that a prepared options list and suggestions are given, a real live person at Yahoo may not be necessary. But when it's an issue that's over the average person's head, it'd sure be nice to know there was such a thing at Yahoo to be there in their time of need. I can guarantee that if something isn't done and soon, Yahoo is going to start loosing customers. Oh yeah, I forgot! Yahoo already made billions of dollars off those very same customers and now could give a sh@# about anything other than spending all our money.
